Too bad for the driver, I noticed a clear difference when there was the change in Bellinzona with Francesco, a much more competent driver than the first. Until next time!

Everything perfect as long as everything is fine. I have been traveling with this agency for two years, the first one was fine. The second was all a disaster, what happens to you? Yes sure.
In fact, the unforgivable thing is not to reply to the customer's emails but limit yourself to making a phone call promising to take a stand but then no longer follow up on the complaint.
Winning customers is difficult, losing them is a moment, too bad, but luckily there are many agencies.
I went to the Christmas market in Aosta last Saturday and I have to say that I was very disappointed :(. Maybe we were unlucky but I definitely won't refer to this agency again for future trips. I didn't feel the least bit welcome / at ease . we did not have any guidance on board the bus but only one angry driver.
Bus with broken rear door, inability to use the bathroom, air conditioning that went in fits and starts (it passed from tropical heat to freezing cold) and microphone apparently broken.
We were finally given a similar drink and we were given some information (insufficient!) 3 hours after the departure from the aforementioned driver. Unacceptable!
When instead we saw other buses of the various competing companies (choose Bellotti if you have to travel!) With tremendously friendly guides, who took care of giving all the information to the passengers.

AN INCUBOUS JOURNEY, NO REGULATIONS ON BOARD, EVERYONE CAN REMOVE THE SHOES PUT THE FEET ON THE SEAT, WHILE PULLING UP ALL THE BUS, AND WHEN I WENT TO CLAIM I WAS SAID I could move in the last places, but I heard ALREADY BAD THE THIRD ROW, AND IF YOU WANT TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE TO SEDIT ME A LESS THAN I WAS DENIED, GIVING THE FIRST PLACES TO 2 Gypsies WHO EATEN AS I ROLLED THE ENTIRE JOURNEY.
CLOSE TO US AN OLD MAN WHO RUSSAVA AND WROTE WHILE SLEEPING, I HAVE BEEN CLAIMED BUT HAS BEEN TREATED BY THE SECOND DRIVER (GUIDO) THE OLD MAN WITH WHITE HAIR AND BENCH, REALLY A GREAT RUDE.
IT'S A SIN TO LOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS SO THAT I EXPECTED THAT I WILL MEET MY MESSAGE, BUT NOT THAT, RUDE AND LOST UNTIL THE BOTTOM.
Bad experience. Very kind and extremely available as long as it's all right, but when the problems arise that you see the professionalism and the respect towards customers. In my case, problems due to lack of organization there were too many (one even serious) and the guide that accompanied us was not of any help.
