Very bad experience for the interview
Dear Dansk Scanning Team,
I am writing this to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the interview process I went through for the Java Developer position in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
I attended the first technical interview conducted by Mr. Mareks Kalejs and Mr. Vishal Agrawal. Following that, I was informed by Ms. Meera Bhalerao, your executive in India, that there would be another technical round, again with Mr. Mareks. I attended this second round as well, giving my time and effort sincerely.
However, after that, I was told there would be yet another round. I repeatedly asked Ms. Meera Bhalerao about the schedule and feedback — but received no proper response. She ignored my messages completely, providing neither feedback nor a simple "no" if I wasn’t selected.
This is not just unprofessional — it’s disrespectful. As a job seeker, I invested my time, preparation, and energy into multiple rounds of interviews. The least I expected was some courtesy and transparency. Ghosting candidates after multiple rounds is nothing short of exploitation.
If the company was not interested, you could have communicated that honestly instead of dragging the process endlessly and wasting my time. I sincerely urge the management to take appropriate action against the individuals involved in this kind of careless and inconsiderate behavior.
No candidate deserves to be treated this way. I hope my feedback serves as a wake-up call so no other applicant has to go through this in the future.
