Nice apartment over at Hadley Park, great amount of space and decent over all. I don't love wall to wall carpet, and the paint job is sloppy but it's a nice apartment. Have had issues with the windows not working properly and just break again after maintenance fixes them.

Just signed a new lease, we have been here for over a year now. The problems with the main office are almost constant. Between them not forwarding maintenance requests, not calling back, sending emails without complete information and then immediately leaving the office for the weekend etc, I feel like I'm constantly harassing the people in the main office. They are friendly on the phone but there is absolutely no follow through or communication. If you need a timely answer on anything they will not get back to you, but will hold you to that timeline anyway.

Talking to the off site leasing office doesn't help, everyone just says they'll forward your message and do what they can. Very frustrating, and I feel bad when I have to constantly call and complain to get anything done or get answers. Right now I'm missing work waiting for a call back from three days ago, which is literally taking rent right out of my pocket.

Dont bother staying at any of these properties unless you have no choice. Management only cares about a bottom line. I had countless maintenance issues including not being able to use my shower for days at a time. Things would get "fixed", yet they either would be exactly the same (still broken), or broken within a few days because they were repaired so badly. Cockroaches and mice are present. Parking is fine, but they will tow you for parking in a spot that used to be a spot but isnt now even though the paint is still present on the ground. They will raise the rent on you every year. READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY. You have to submit written intent to move 90 days in advance. Every little thing imaginable they will charge you for. Horrible people.

One star is far too generous. Stay as far away from this company as possible unless you want to be harassed with virtually impossible complaints from the most unprofessional property manager you ve ever spoken to, but don t worry, she ll threaten to stop responding to your emails when you mention your rights as a tenant. Nevermind a global pandemic, you re better off catching the virus than trying to explain that you no longer have an income to afford rent. Any income you are lucky enough to have in this trying time, don t waste it on an overpriced less than mediocre apartment behind a half abandoned shopping plaza, where maintenance does nothing but stand around and talk about their trucks. And certainly don t ever bother paying for parking, they don t enforce it whatsoever and you ll frequently come home to someone parked in the spot you pay for.

Rented an apartment in the Belvidere location and was constantly overrun with mice which pest control never seemed to get rid of. When my lease was up I gave notice and found applied for residence but management blocked the landlord reference request from my would be landlord and I lost my chances at a new apartment. A leasing agent called and told me that I had not given proper notice due to an imaginary additional notice not being filed. Essentially they forced me to extend my lease indefinitely and pay prorated rent on a false technicality. The leasing agents and property manager were also very rude and constantly yelled at me on the phone. I d take legal action if I could afford it but they re very under handed and make sure to cover their tracks. Don t rent from this company!

NEVER RENT FROM HERE. They will loose your money orders for rent, not just one, MULTIPLE ONES, and not admit to it or even bother to look for it and apologize. Then theyll over charge you and not explain these charges. The office for Colony Park never calls back or answers emails, very unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Having been an employee here for over 24 years spearheading many capital improvement projects, it impresses me to see just how much capital Princeton re-invests back into their communities throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine and how passionate they are about keeping their properties cutting-edge and well maintained with their residents' comfort and needs as one of their most focused priorities on a regular basis from year-to-year. I'm very proud to be here and call myself part of the Princeton team.

We had a wonderful experience at our Princeton Park home. The staff is fantastic. The few maintenance issues we had were taken care of quickly and professionally. It's dog friendly, which meant the world to us and our black lab, Daegan. It's also close to shops, some even walking distance.

I am a current resident at Imperial Gardens, Lowell MA. Over the last 5 weeks, there has been a leak in my bathroom ceiling which nobody has been able to either fix or diagnose what the problem is. I had to call/visit leasing office every day but no response. The management never pays attention to your problems and finally, I had to move out with all extra expenses from my pocket.

My advice: Never rent an apartment from this management.

Where to start. Positive maintenance department they are a nice group and will fix most problems quick.
Negative
Over priced Apartments they are outdated.
Windows and sliding doors leak.
16 days out of 31 you will not have hot water.
Rental office very nice when you hand them money and sign your lease after that the real devil comes out. Good luck trying to deal with them.
Don't fall for the lie that your rent will not go up every year.
Pet friendly you do pay a monthly fee of $40.00 a month for 1 or 2 cat's they claim is for any damage but when you give your notice they charge for pet clean up they claim is for rug cleaning.
Privacy there is none you can hear everyone above next door and behind you.
My family and I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Really look at what they offer and try to sell on. Then look at the facts.
Solar power savings there is no savings everything including heat, stove, A.C. , lights, etc.are all ran by electricity.
Parking good luck finding a spot and when you do more than likely it will get damaged.
If you do a lot of online shopping if you are not there your packages will get stolen.
Mold in bathroom caused from poor ventilation. Dust to keep up with you must clean twice a week.
Here is the kicker try and leave. 60 day notice almost impossible to find away to secure another place. I went thru this for 3 years and had to complete lease then give 30 day notice at first the rental office will say they are not allowed to accept 30 day notice to vacate you must have your lawyer call there lawyer and pay rent increase and a $150.00 monthly fee.
Traffic I hope you like it 20 minutes on a good day just to get to highways. Good if you work local and are within walking distance to work or school.
If you decide to rent from the Salem location I hope you have a better experience.
One positive is I had better luck calling the main office out of Lowell I think. I can not say all locations are like this.

My girlfriend and I have lived at Grandview for over two years now. Our entire experience has been wonderful. The apartments are beautiful and the Princeton staff is kind and courteous. All of our maintenance requests have been handled same day. We highly recommend living at a Princeton property!

I live and have lived at Grandview for over 4 year...

I live and have lived at Grandview for over 4 years, At first the leasing office staff were helpful, kind, quick to respond, and overall nice people however since Kim left my emails go unread, questions unanswered, every other day I get threatening emails saying that my car will be towed for snow removal (a lie that they like to tell in an attempt to get you to move), there is a constant notice on the trash chute saying that you can t use it for anything other than trash bags and unfortunately this does not work so they will lock it up on occasions such as Christmas, bikes must be removed or will discarded, etc. They will tell you that community events are held however if your not interested in driving 10 minutes to the new leasing office to get a piece of candy or eating doughnuts in a dirty garage then I haven t witnessed any of these events. The Views are amazing however the apartments haven t been renovated in over 15 years and are definitely showing their age. (Wood Floors are worn and in my case mismatched colors, the fixtures are the cheapest available in 2005 and I don t foresee them updating them any time soon as it has taken several years for them to complete a hallway renovation > (paint and carpet.) windows have a clear draft and although they attempted to seal them it didn t make much of a difference.) The heating/AC units are also 15 years old and not efficient at all, my regular utility costs are upwards of $600 on a good month. Also the one of the two elevators is constantly being maintained to no avail. The community if you chose to call it that does not offer any amenities, no pool, no gym, nothing unless you count your packages being locked in a machine and a grumpy onsite maintenance man an amenity. The location and the property aren t bad for being in Lowell however since the leasing office moved they property is covered in cigarette buts, beer cans and I have found hypodermic needles on the property several times and I wouldn t walk around at night time. I recently decided that I am going to move on to greener pastures as my lease is up in April 1st. (Don t worry I will be paying up until the 26th because a 60 day notice is required and I did t secure alternative housing until today.) Grandview used to be amazing but the loss of Kelly and her horrible replacement Jessica as well as the aged and poorly maintained units have caused this beautiful place to go way downhill. I guess all good things must come to an end, I just hoped it would be a more pleasant end.

It's honestly a shame that you can't give a zero star review because that's exactly what they deserve. 5 years as a resident, bought a house a couple of months before lease expired and they wanted full payment plus the apartment, which basically means they will make twice their money. They make rules as they go and have no care for the residents. Trust me, they will go out of their way to stick it to you. Got plenty of emails as proof too. I was more than willing to negotiate a meet in the middle, but they had no interest to help at all. Save yourself the drama...

We lived at 1009 Westford for 5 years and only just moved away to find a quieter life away from the city - the staff did an excellent job of maintaining the property and was always responsive. We never had any problems with the office. The few times we had family emergencies the office was always there to help us and was patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend these apartments. Working with Jen in the office was always a pleasure!

I've been living in the Brook Village West apart men's in Salem NH for almost 5 years. Over the last 6 months there has been a leak in my bathroom ceiling which nobody has been able to either fix or diagnose what the problem is. Instead, they ripped out the ceiling down to the joists and insulation. Guess what, water still pours in, I have no ceiling, and haven't heard back from the property manager. Going on two weeks now. I'm profoundly dissapointed. Apparently one has to have some kind of connection to get anything done. I wonder if the housing authority would help in this. All I want is a ceiling that doesn't leak, and a complete bathroom again.

I lived at Hadley Park apartments is was THE WORST experience of my life. Lets start of with the Hadley Park Leasing Office. Apparently LISA and all of the staff is always all vacation for some reason and the one staff that is there cannot help me with my rent payment? This is another issues with the office they say they will care of a issue that you are having and they say they will call you back. THEY NEVER CALL BACK. So Im left completely helpless with my rent payment that Im being overcharged for. Apartments is full of mice and exterminators is lazy and could not get anything done. I had to take care of it myself. Also I had the exterminators come 4x before I took care of it myself.
