I had a wonderful experience with Mr Charles. He s professional, does his best to fullfill all needs that are asked. Charles needs to be manager he s always working and attentive with his residents at his community because of Charles I give 5 stars, he deserves much more. Thank you Charles.

Horrific. Just simply horrific property management...

Horrific. Just simply horrific property management company. They are extremely rude, unorganized, do not answer, and do not do their job. I was sent to a debt collector after paying my rent to the apartment complex and after having signed proof of the money order. I ve been calling non stop for 3 days and this issue still hasnt been resolved. The people in the office are lazy and have hung up on me multiple times, one office (Forest Hills at Vinings) tells me I don t owe anything and the other (Audubon Property Management) tells me I have outstanding debt (which I for certain do not) and then they tell me it is my responsibility to take care of the situation myself and call back the debt collected and resolve it.

By the end of this year this management company will go out of business I can guarantee that. No people skills, can t keep staff longer than 2 months, unorganized with my personal records, files AND payment!!! I lived in this apartment and had constant issues that were never resolved plus I couldn t shower for two weeks but this was never a concern for them, they just wanted my rent. NEVER do business with Audubon properties. They are crooks and don t do business the right way with loyalty and honesty. True money hungry crooks. Despicable and completely unacceptable from a property management company- no wonder their turnover rate and inability to fill apartments with tenants is so high.

Absolutely awful. No one will answer your missed calls, emails, voicemails, letters. When you go in the office, whoever is working assures you everything will be ok but the issue still never gets resolved. Management changes every 2 weeks because they can't keep staff. You are promised things that never happen. I didn't have water to shower for over 4 days. Before that, I couldn't take a proper shower because the pressure was so low and maintenance never came to fix anything. Had a hole in my shower tile for over 2 weeks accumulating water that wasn't prioritized until I harassed the office to fix it. Unacceptable. Oh! I forgot there is an awful infestation of cockroaches, sometimes flying ones. Now that I want to terminate my lease, Kristina Campos- "head manager" doesn't want to answer. This management company is a disaster and a joke. Go somewhere else if you want to live like a human instead of out of a garbage can.

Worst experience of my life. Mishandling of rent money twice at the metro Apartments by Audubon leasing management agent alejandra. I would be very careful when using any property that deals with this community. They will give you the run around.

I would have to say that Mrs. Tammy Shields was a great person to have worked for. It was very sad that I didnt get the chance to show my ability. I always looked up to Mrs. Shields and would've love to have had the great privilege to be guided by her. I highly recommend her to any project, she is very well educated, experience and over the desire to achievement.

The apartment community I lived at for a year had ac problems the entire time I lived there. After moving out at the end of my lease I was told I would be mailed back my deposit. I have spent 4 months calling the management company once a week and repeatedly told that they would mail me a check and everytime I call for an update they tell me they will cut it the following week. It is against the law in in the state I live to not return a deposit within 7 days of the tenant moving out.

The staff of Roswell Creek Apartments , 1000 Holcomb Bridge rd in Roswell is a direct reflection of their Property Managment Company. I feel as if im being held hostage by a lease in a neighborhood of staff (Ingrid and Stephanie) doesnt care about their residence or the property itself. It took 2months into my lease to receive a stove that worked, and 3 months after constant calling and nagging to have the staff remove my roach infested fridge. Ingrid one of the apartment staff is the only decent staff memeber we have but shes far from professional and understanding. I can go on and in about my experiences with this company and their staff, no one speaks English so when something needs to completed its a task in its own. The ventilation system is infested. Today alone I've called the property and their Management Co. 25 times. I would never recommend this place or company to anyone of the human race. It'll be the biggest mistake of their life, as it is mine.

The worst place ive ever lived, and I've only been here a month. The roaches are everywhere, even with pest control coming every week. Animals roam the community people shooting during the night. Maintenance suck, I've waited and still currently waiting for them to fix my stove. The ladies in the office have excuses for everything. The most God awful place in Roswell. Wish I could break my lease.

update: I did get a used stove after I called Audubon twice. The lady that I spoke to was nice and helpful to me.

I just experienced possibly the best customer service of all time.. Fatina, at Sugarhill overlook was assisting me in finding my next home and the first two floorplans did not work for me and without hesitation she showed me a few more floorplans. She spent about an hour showing me different apartments and not once did she lose her enthusiasm. She was very kind and asked me multiple times what was important to me. Not only was the neighborhood very well kept but the customer service was expectational. I am very eager to call this place my new home. Thank you, Fatina.

The manager at Sugar hill at overlook authorized herself or someone to go into my townhome without notifing me then all of a sudden my alarm goes off that's the only reason why I knew anything. There are cameras also in my home BTW. She never called me to ask was I still there and she tried to put in a fake work order to coverup her mistake which is another problem for her. Trust me this isn't over with legally. I feel as shes done this before with others and what if I didnt have the alarm system things would be missing. She chose the wrong person that day.
