I want thank God for everyone be safe out there have a blessed day!

They do not return calls and some of the staff are very rude. I haven t received payment in three months.

I have been on hold for 28 mins and their phone hangs up on me! People are rude that work here and never get documents that are dropped off in a box in the office!! Case workers are extra RUDE and treat you as if you are dumb and try to over talk you even if they're wrong. No respect level at all. It's no reason why these workers are so disrespectful and try to treat you like trash!

The worst 6 mos .. As a landlord .. Waiting for rental specialists to get their heads screwed on right.. New 2 program .. Paperwork from prospective tenant and I has been misplaced and phone calls and messaged go on ignored.. No Communication = Alot of Problems.

Only thing that I do know is that My Specailist Ms Devonne Robertson is GOD Gift. She goes Above and Beyond to help her clients out. I hope I never lose her as a specialist. LaShawn Robinson Brown

U Can never get anyone on the phone, never return voice messages!!! Can drop off important documents in the drop box with sealed stamp with date and time and your case worker still doesn't receive it!!!

The department of housing do not care about families we just another number and case i been wanting almost 4 months to move in my unit with 3 kids and all i get is alot of runaround they dont care at all nobody wants to do there job its unfair how they play wit ppl lively hood and its ok the supervisor dont care down to the specialist

In a word, HORRIBLE. Talk about a "bridge to nowhere". There's is a phone number to nowhere. You could die of old age waiting for someone to answer. Completely unacceptable and the managers there should be held accountable and let go for incompetence!

The one star is enough. Just a bunch of smart b with attitudes

After numerous attempts trying to get someone on the phone, I finally got through, I told the lady I mailed numerous letters stating I would like to know the status of my application and I also mailed in a address change. The lady was absolutely NO HELP! she could not tell me where I was on the waiting list or if they received my address change. She also has horrible customer service skills. This is crazy. I guess I will have to wait until the waiting list Reopen and thats hardly Never. smh

I ABSOLUTELY love EVERYONE at The Housing Authority of Prince George's County Maryland!! From the first day that I encountered the staff members there I have had an awesome experience!! Their employees are all professional, polite, courteous, and ALWAYS there to help. Whether I have a question or concern!! Each and every time that I call my Case Manager, she answers her phone and has a resolution for me. Thank You to each and everyone of you for everything!! PLEASE, PLEASE continue the AWESOME WORK that you all do there!!! GOD BLESS YOU!!

I can't get anyone to as answer the phone! My rental specialist is going to get me evicted!

Absolutely terrible wait time on the phone!!! Waited 30 mins only for the phone to hang up!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT WHEN THEY ANSWER. Emails..... voicemails...... hold for 30min +....... no info. Honestly how do we get those people out??
