LOL all the bad reviews are from people who had their vehicles repossessed due to non-payment. That should be a good sign for any financial institution looking for experts in the asset recovery field.
Came on private property,towed our vehicle. Without our knowledge and it wasn't supposed to be on January 30,2017 at night had a business appointment the. next. Morning when we discovered it missing and it wasn't returned until the next night approx at 11:00pm had to. sign for it the next morning we discovered that the vehicle. Was damaged and as of today they haven't. addressed our concerns
They were helpful & got my request handled with in a matter of a few minutes. I was given step by step instructions & I have ZERO complaints. I was kind of fearful to call them because of the negative reviews. I had a GREAT experience!

My vehicle was ATTEMPTED to be repossessed. I know the laws. He never checked the VIN.
He said I do not know the name all I know is I m supposed to get any he named the year and model of my vehicle.
Needless to say I am in possession of my vehicle still. And they are fully responsible for all damages and have already began the process. I have a lawyer what a nightmare. I do not recommend. Shame on my finance company. Shame on this company.
I had to even tell the guy where I lived my street name so that he could call the police department. SMH
This company thinks that they are untouchable! They ruined a very nice Show car. They refused to pay for damages. My own insurance company has paid to have the car repaired and will be going after Primeritus. We are also going to the News media outlets with stories about this company. Their are 12 people other than myself doing this. We have spoken with The Governor and the Senate about passing a bill making it mandatory for this company to pay for any and all damages done to vehicles, while vehicles are in their possession!
Absolutely unprofessional. They do not listen to their customers and their contracted tow yards are just as unprofessional. I wish that my bank used more professional people. But then again, why would they, this might be the most inexpensive for them.
I sent proof of insurance to them at 1123 am right away on the day my car was repossessed, and they failed to get back to me the same afternoon after being told it "had to go across a managers desk" and it ended up costing me an extra day of storage fees after I was willing and able to pay for and pick up the car the same day it was taken. Since they dragged their heels processing the redemption of my vehicle, it not only cost me an extra days storage, but also a ton of money to have me driven to and picked up from work, and then had to wait till almost 2 pm the following day before I got a call from the yard that the redemption was processed. Initially They told me it could be 24-72 hours, which to me is complete utter BS.
This company does not even deserve one star.... ZERO STARS! They towed my car, damaged it $1200 worth of damages and refused to take the responsibility for the damages caused by one of their drivers. For charging $600 for a tow it s sad they don t have employees who are qualified to correctly do their job. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
Very Unprofessional. It has been a week, three separate trips with police involvement and I still do not have all of my personal items. They tried to trick me by tell in my me that they cannot give me my items with my car keys after making me sign a waiver that I received everything before I could have my items. They are very Unprofessional and dishonest. I have filed a complaint against this company and have hired an attorney.

Scam artist. They messed up paperwork on their end and never resolved it. When I would call they would say it would be fixed within 10 minutes, they never did, and just kept racking up the fees. SCAM ARTIST.
One of the biggest SCAMS EVER, Funny thing is that every employee that has a linkedin on this place has their first and last name, which is then led to everything else, if they are calling people's home's I guess people should start calling the employees home's as well? We live in an industry where everything is on the internet.
I would say one of the biggest scams ever, I have emailed every board member and you will see who those people are that ignore those people like myself.

I called about a release and asking a very simple question, I received an uncertain "I don't knooow 24 hours?" after asking to get me someone who did know, The employee became offended and started being extremely rude and still did not let me speak to someone who DID know the answers to my questions. A very simple task turned so complicated because she did not know. Very simple solution, Find someone who has the answers and be a little patient with people.
You know if you aren't open on Sat or Sun you shouldn't have someone hold for the next available representative all day. Try night mode on your phone system or I don't know voice mail?!?
I got a call from these folks that someone named ,Jonathon tennis used me as a reference.i never heard of the guy.i think the call was from Tennessee.i live in idaho.i appreciate the call.
Worst customer service ever!! Hung up and had me on hold for over an hour to then transfer me to a Voicemail that was full where I couldn't leave message and hung up!! This happened multiple times!! If you can avoid dealing with them I would highly recommend you Don't. These people are a pain to deal with and huge waste of valuable time.
Asked me to sign my car release papers and would not allow me to see the vehicle prior to signing papers that stated I inspected the vehicle. Pretty shady place.
I wouldn t recommend this company to anybody. They are really shady. I applied two weeks ago then got a email that same day about a phone interview. I recently did phone interview with a recruiter this past week and ended up having a virtual interview with a hiring manager last Friday. They called me back that same day Friday telling me I got the job. The recruiter sent me the offer letter the same day. Then send me a link to fill out information for my background. I got a email this Wednesday telling me my background was clear and that I could start November 2nd. Then I get a phone call from the recruiter saying they have to take the offer letter back. She was really nonchalant and didn t cen explain to me why they took the offer back. Even after I passed the background check and got a offer letter. They say they are urgently hiring and that they need people they are liars!! Do not even pay them no mind. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone
Where to begin..limited size on email attachments they will accept..i had to google for an alternate number to reach them since they never answered the number they gave me..and now after complaining to Toyota, I may have to take legal action
