The clothes are cute and fairly reasonably priced but the employees are not very helpful. I ve never been greeted when I ve gone in to shop and there have been many times where I ve shopped and no one spoke to me the entire time I was there, there was also no other customers in the store. The employees don t seem to care that you are in the store at all.

Make sure and inspect your purchase with a fine tooth comb! I found a hole in the sweater I bought covered with transparent tape! Since I purchased in summer, did not find until a two months later when it got cold enough to wear! Yes, I guess I should have looked it over better, but obviously someone put the tape on to cover hole. Lesson learned! Didn t bother to call store after reading these comments.

Drove from out of town to Christmas shop here and ...

Drove from out of town to Christmas shop here and they were closed. Their store hours on Facebook and google say they are open until 8 or 9 on weekdays but they are not. I won t waste my time driving here again.

Heard their Branson location is closing and I m not surprised. You can t have a successful boutique w employees who don t care about their customers (or even acknowledge their existence in the store) and clothes that fall apart the first time you wear them.

I went to this store yesterday and was not spoken to the entire time I was there. The employees were sitting behind the counter gossiping. There are plenty of other boutiques I would rather spend my money at.

The store has a great selection of clothes however...

The store has a great selection of clothes however their customer service is absolutely awful. Every time I've been to this store I never get asked if I need any help or if I'm doing ok. The girls usually just hang out behind the counter or next to the dressing rooms. I've been here multiple times thinking that it'll be different, but it never changes. It's very disappointing because I look on their instagram and see the cute tops and what not but I know I won't get any help here. I've been to the one in Branson and never had problems at that store.

If you want customer service this is not the place to go. I walked in and and two blonde girls were behind the counter, didn t say a word to me the whole time I was in there. I will go to Uptown Boutique instead.

The employees at this boutique are rude and incompetent. I came in to return an item that I bought (within the grace period) and she wouldn t give me my money back because there policy had just changed even though nothing was stated on the receipt or verbally. She pulled the new policy change out of thin air. The clothes and workers here are overrated and you can find the same clothes at other boutiques for the same price, but with better customer service. I used to be an avid MA shopper, but never again.

I just came in two nights in a row because I loved the outfit I got the first night and wanted to see if they had another that was similar. Both nights the cute little blonde, I think Allie is her name, was there and helped me. She was happy to help and pull stuff for me that she thought I would like! She even talked me into a necklace and was patient with me and my indecisiveness. I love shopping here for the great affordable clothes and sweet girls to help me.

Cute store, but the employees should work on their customer service skills. I have gone in multiple times, and have never had any of them ask if I needed any help or even say hi! Most of them hang out by the cash register and spend their time talking to each other and organizing clothes, instead of helping the customers.

I went to this store to return a shirt that was gi...

I went to this store to return a shirt that was gifted and too big for me. It was my first time there. I planned on returning my shirt and doing a little shopping. I entered the shop and all three store employees (manager Jenny and two other women) were standing up front with their back to me. I stood there, waiting to speak with someone, for over 3 minutes while they chatted and either ignored me or didn't notice me. Finally, someone turned around to speak with me and the other two women walked away.

I asked about exchanging my shirt. Their policy didn't allow it because it was on sale. I told the manager I didn't want cash. I simply wanted something that would fit me. I would even find something else on the sale rack and pay the difference. Not only did she refuse ( all sale items are final sale) but she was extremely rude about it.

I have called the store three times to speak with the owner. Jenny answered the first time and said it is against policy to give out the name of the store owner (turns out it is Gina). However the store employees in Branson were happy to give out her name. I have left multiple messages for the store owner. I simply wanted to let her know that I felt ignored and brushed off. I wanted to tell her that I was willing to spend some cash there that day but because of the way her manager spoke to me and because of my less-than-welcoming store greeting, I'm choosing to take my business elsewhere. I wanted to give her a chance to made things right. I never got a call back.

It is possible she never got my messages. In that case, this is another example of her employees needing better customer service training. It is also possible that the owner got my message and has chosen not to call me.

Not only will I refuse to spend money at this store but I have related this information to many of my friends who have agreed to stay away as well. I hope this posting at least allows people to know what they may be dealing with should they chose to shop there. Also, Gina, if you're reading this, I am still happy to speak with you.
