Top notch company, I reached out to them after Superior Propane canceled there install with us for unknown reasons and excuses. I reached out to Primemax on a Friday afternoon (4pm) with my issue, within 45 mins Stu was onsite doing a site inspection, everything was good, filled out
an application, fast forward to monday, they called to book the install for wednesday . I would highly recommend these folks to everyone.

Primemax has excellent service. Their support team was there for me in at the beginning of the Winter, when my property's propane tank was running extremely low. Being in a rural zone, I was most impressed that their dispatch-unit responded to my emergency, set-up my account with urgency, and assured us, that we were a priority.
