i had been taking my daughter to dr machuka since she was born they were always nice to me at this practice until recently. My daughter is now 3 years old, so we have been loyal patients at this office for 3 years now. Dr. machuka mysteriously doesnt work there anymore. All we recieved was a letter in the mail and no notice to where she is or what happened. They recommened i go to thier beavercreek office which is completely on the other side of dayton from me. My daughter just had an ear infection so i had to take her to urgent care to get medicence they suggested at urgent care that she get a followup at her doctors. wanting to stay at the same office we have always gone to i called patterson woods to see if another dr could see her. the receptionist was extremelly rude to me and said they couldnt see lexi until next week and that i would have to call next week to see if that would even be open and refused to book her an appointment. i am extremely upset with how this office treats their patients and the unprofessionalism of this practice is obvious. this drs office is a joke and so are the other primed offices i tried to get her into other ones and they were not excepting clients.. i will be telling everyone i know not to go to this or any of the other primed physicians.
