I have had nothing but exceptional service from this dealership. I purchased my first car with them last year with the help of Moe. He did not add any pressure during my purchase, he only added value by providing facts about the vehicle. Moe exceeded my expectations. He also followed up weeks later to see if I had questions about the car s functions.

The service department is very thorough and provides video footage of the services. I feel confident about the service knowing that I can observe the whole process. I have asked around and none of my peers knew this technology existed. I appreciate organizations that invest in leading edge tech.

I had my oiled changed at the Nissan dealership in Katy and the service was amazing. Everyone was quick to help and super friendly, especially Brad- my service advisor. They texted me a video of the mechanic going through each area of my engine, tires, undercarriage- commenting on the status of various parts & fluids. It was so informative & a great way to see how my car is running.

I made an appointment so come in for an oil change and tire rotation. Chris helped me. He was great. Nice and professional. Explained some flags that came up during the inspection, but wasn t super pushy with the sale. Just stressed the importance of knocking a few things out, which I appreciated. I was in and out in just over an hour, which isn t bad timing. The only reason I can t give 5 stars is because my car came back dirtier than I brought it (carpeting dirty, door handles greasy). Besides that, great experience. I ll be back.

I brought my Maxima in for state inspection & to get a tire patched up. My experience was great. All services were fulfilled and I was impressed with the video of the service done on my vehicle. That was an awesome improvement and very helpful. Gives the customer better insight on what's being done to their vehicle

Bradley was exceptional. He was courteous, helpful, compassionate and a joy to work with. He kept me informed, did not give me ridiculous expectations as so many are want to do. You need to keep this man (Bradley) happy because he is going far.

I'd went to another Nissan dealership, and wasn't happy about the outcome... I decided to call Katy Nissan because that's where my son resides, and boy am I happy that I did. Routine maintenance was straight forward, no waiting time and you get to see the inspection video on your mobile, what is great. Facilities are also very comfortable to stay while they perform the maintenance. All great.

I had a wonderful experience at the dealership and truly enjoyed the basketball hoop in the dealership. The management was extremely friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to explain everything and even showed me all the amenities offered in the vehicle. I had a great experience with Jason as well. An amazing dealership.
