Prime-Time Real Estate & Mortgage Review

Just sold my house in NJ using Anthony Guglieri, owner of Prime Time Real Estate. He helped make a stressful time much more bearable. He helped us get a good price for the house, directly helped with the inspection process, provided a good lawyer, advised us and gave good tips every step of the way. Full service! And for 3% commission. With great service / value like this, not sure why anyone would opt for one of the major real estate firms when selling a property.

The Creme of the Crop!!!! I started with a different realtor (7% commission) that had my home listed for months. I didn t seem to be a priority on his list. I was then recommended to Anthony! First off, very professional, right to the point., easy to talk to and I felt immediately a connection!!! Well he took control, said he could sell my home and that s exactly what he did!!! On top of that, 3% commission!!!! Do I need to repeat that...yes, 3%!!!! You need a realtor, Anthony will get the job done!!! Can t thank him enough for all he did for us!!!!!

On July 17,2018 Ragheb "Mickey" Baig of Prime Time Real Estate came to my house with a different contract due to the fact that the original was altered without my notification or signature on it. At the same time we were told regardless of the outcome of the house if we sell or not that I'm still obligated to pay him his commission, this was a threat or a scare tactic to my knowledge it was unacceptable and I'm outraged by this I am not going to be held responsible for something that they have not helped out or participate. All I keep hearing from Mickey is "You owe me 4% and that's what we want and that's what were going to come after. Please let me know what we can do."
