RIPOFF!!! and worst customer service I've ever exp...

RIPOFF!!! and worst customer service I've ever experienced. I signed up for monthly parking with pre-authorized payment. My card was declined and they charged $25 reject payment charge. I had no idea it happened until 2 weeks later when I received a letter in the mail - only to find out that now they are also charging me an extra $15 for late payment... Amazing, right?! Why not send me an email on the day when my card was declined? Or SMS or anything that doesn't take 2 weeks to arrive... Be aware and better look for another parking provider. Of course, everything is in terms and conditions so that they can legally rip you off.

Terrible service. I pay for monthly parking but very often have people parking in my reserved spots regardless. The company removed a barricade that separates public from private parking. Each time I call to have the car towed nothing happens. The car stays parked all day and I have to find somewhere else to park. The tow company will not come and tow unless the are instructed to by advanced parking. But advanced never puts in the request. Also no one ever answers the phone at the vancouver location. Do not do business with this company.

Terrible customer service will never park with this company again! Only have had a spot for 1 month and they have charged me $560. First there website dosnt work i tried siging up and it wouldnt go through but then found out a couple days later that they charged my credit card anyways. So after finally getting that sorted and getting a spot i wanted to chage my spot from a reserved to a non reserved so i called them the guy said he had it all set up and then we got disconnected so just to be safe i called back and then was told my account was removed due to an error and my card was deactivated and 8 couldnt het parking for 6 more days. So after getting that soted out i find another chatge on my card for 272 dollarrhet tall me they double charged me. Will never paek here again

So went for breakfast at the Quay in New Westminister. We tried out the new parking under the towers. $2.50 to park ok...no worries... but then .68 in tax that is 27%... isn't the combined amount of tax 12.5%?

I was contacted by Advanced Parking management regarding my complaint soon after my first post. They took care of my account and refunded me the parking fee. I would like to thank Shawn and Jim for their help.

Poor management. I was a monthly renter but got a ticket for not paying the parking fee on the first day of my use. Used web form to contact them but no one replied. Had to call them to cancel.

Had to cancel the parking in March because my job was affected by COVID-19. According to the contract, I should be able to cancel it in April, but the online system only allowed the cancellation at the end of June. Called them everyday for a week, no one answered. Finally I called the number for disputing tickets and one staff answered. I explained my situation, and she just gave me an email address. Guess what, after about one month, I got reply: it was Impark parking's email address! They told me to contact Advanced Parking using a web form that I used before in my wrong ticket incident and at that time no one replied me!!

I just got ripped off!!!!

Be very careful with this organization. They will find anyway to ticket your vehicle with no photo proof to back it up. When disputing with there office staff regarding a violation they will not reduce the fine even though they have no photo proof of the ticket or why you are receiving a ticket. This has happened twice, once for "Parking in the line" and the second time they wrote a ticket as I was their machine paying. Be very careful, they are using illegal practices.

Pretty upset today as I have received a statement ...

Pretty upset today as I have received a statement letter of a final notice before collections on an unpaid violation from back in July. I usually go onto lot 9074 in Vancouver to pick up my girlfriend from the hospital; I sit in my car and I wait about 10-15 mins before she comes out. I do admit I was wrong to not make a payment in the empty parking lot for my 15 mins there.

What upsets me is the issuing officer on that day did not confront me, nor try to place a violation ticket on my vehicle. I don't know if this is a QC issue among officers, or they just fear confrontation. I would have gladly paid my violation ticket on the spot if he/she had confronted me as I was sitting in my vehicle.

When I called into APS, the agent told me the officer may not of had time to put the notice on my vehicle as the receipt "takes a long time" to print.

This lack of professionalism is what gives APS a poor reputation.

Very unsatisfied with this company. I spent a considerable amount of time (and money) here without having any parking solution. The refund process takes long, is not transparent. I have spoken to multiple support employees with varying degrees of satisfaction. I would be open to alternatives if they were offered, but none of the support staff attempted to help me with alternative parking solutions. This means I will look for an alternative provider for a parking service

I have not been able to use my car all month. It is now parked at a relative's place in another city.

I updated my rating from 1 to 2 stars. The reason for this is that I did get a refund.

I was ticketed because I did not register my vehicle at the parking meter. It was an honest mistake but at the end of the day was my fault. As it was supposed to be free parking, I was confused and made a call to the number provided on the back of the ticket to find out why I was ticketed. It turns out that I was supposed to register my vehicle license plate after parking on the lot. To my surprise, when I explained the situation, the company was very understanding and reversed my parking ticket with no hassle. It was such a refreshing experience, that I had to post a google review.
