Dave Hanks was great! We used him as our mortgage broker to refinance our home. He was patient, willing to explain everything, gave us great advice, didn't try to rush us, and was willing to look and wait until the best interest rate came along. He provided us with a spreadsheet of choices and offered guidance to help us make the best decision. And he was willing to take calls at all hours of the day and night.
