Prime Sirloin Buffet Reviews

The waitress was a little too friendly with my husband, calling him "sugar" and rubbing his back when she talked to him. Hey lady!!! Hes my sugar!!!( She was short round , curly dark hair and glasses)
We had our 2yr grandson with us also. He droped a few things on the floor. I did take a napkin and pick it up but i still got a glare from the other waitresses from the room they fill drinks.
The staff filling the bars didnt look very happy.maybe they dont like working there or maybe work to many hours and are tired?
The food was good and had alot to pick from.
I think i got there on an off day. I didnt have a problem with the food, it was the workers that night.

I loved the food WONDERFUL servers and incredibly fast service. I set my drink down and boom instantly it was refilled before I could blink

Great food for a great price and the staff are all friendly and very accommodating. We dine here in a large group frequently and have never had a long wait to be seated . These people ROCK and always deserve a big tip!!!

Got their start of dinner, ribs came out cold and leftovers for lunch was still out because it was dry and hard and the rolls hard and cold they where with desert section not hot with food should went to McDonald's

Price was high and quality of food has dropped since our last visit. We went from well satisfied to we may not go there again.

I used to enjoy Prime Sirloin but since business slowed since the pandemic the quality has gone down on there food and the prices have gotten a little higher.

Food is strait out of a can... not good ....cooks do not know how to cook I am a southern and we know how to cook ......

Food quality has gotten worse. Plus, selection is more limited. Not as good as it used to be.

Best food ever, the price makes it affordable. Ate there on our 49th anniversary March 28. Just one thing, could you make sweet potatoes?

This is a great buffet and it served a lot of food and the staff was so friendly. I loved it. They sure have a way of making a first impression!

This was the best buffet ...can't wait till I get up that way again...I loved the catfish and all the fixens

Really good food and atmosphere. Knocked off a star because we called to ask for the buffet prices, which we couldn't find online, and recieved 3 different prices, none of which were correct when we got there. Human error is okay, other than that phenomenal <3

Food was good. Lots of variety, on the bar. Place was clean. Good desserts, including, soft serve ice cream, with all the desired toppings. Price was reasonable. Always good.

Food was edible but far from delicious. Waitress was nice and attentive.

Steak was like shoe leather. Salad bar was NOT fresh. Clam chowder soup was like wallpaper paste. Clams were over cooked. Won't be going back

Just an average buffet place with nothing special to rave about.

Was not impressed. Food was cold and tasteless . Salad wasn't even good. Wilted lettuce and mostly fish on the buffet. Not everyone likes fish.

Pretty good. Large selection, lots of desserts. The titular sirloins were a little bland, but salt and pepper sorts that.

Sometimes you can get good service other times not very good. Took my family there a couple of nights ago. The restaurant was not busy at all but my daughter had to wait over 25 minutes to get her drink refilled because the waitress was too busy in the back talking. Then she never asked if my other daughter needed a refill I had to ask her as she was walking away and she never even turned around to acknowledge that she herd me. I need a refill in a drink later and never got one. You pay over $2.00 for a drink and can't get a refill is uncalled for. The hospitality in that place is horrible for a slow night.

Quality of food is going down, service is getting slower and prices are on the rise

This place was a ripoff! Dried out buffet. Had to get a refund and leave!! Don't waste your money!!

It's good if your primary goal is to eat 14lbs of food. Otherwise, head somewhere else.

Good place to take a family. The kids love it and there is a pretty decent selection of food on the buffet.

They have many options for breakfast at a reasonable price.

Thes steak tasted like liver. The chicken was dry. I won't be back. The wait staff are great. Too bad the food stinks. Plus it's expensive for what you get.

Overall fine, but they said they had cocktail shrimp, came in around 4 PM, but none was was put out until I was walking out the door 45 minutes later. Waitress was great!

If you like steak and a buffet, it's a nice place to go. I don't care for much of the other food.

On kids night at 8pm the whole floor staff all had attitudes like we were an inconvenience!! You close at 9pm and I'll eat until 9pm. I will be calling and complaining!!

They have a fabulous selection of food on the bars. Delicious. Good prices.

Its not a terrible place, The food is hit and miss. Sometimes its really good and others not so much. Service is good. The cleanliness of the cooks and buffet service staff seem to be questionable.

Too many people and not enough food to choose from..very expensive, almost 40 for 2 adults and 2 little kids..

The food is usually amazing but quality goes down during the less busy hours.

Not much seafood, for a seafood night. And the chicken was dried out.

We love this place. The staff is always kind and the food always is tasty. They even have pizza!

Love it. Especially when they have roast beef. Mmmm so good! Not too expensive either, so that is always a plus for a family of 5 lol

We eat here regurly and tonight the service was not good. It's not that busy and our young server let our plates sit on the table asked me if I wanted more water after I sucked every drop through the straw then dumped a bunch of water on our table and walked away. I think her tip tonight will be "I see you don't like your job, find another profession".

Found a hair in food. But what do you expect it's a buffet..
