These people are the real estate robbers, they cheat people by every end. If you want to purchase a house, all of those houses are fancy like chinese products, but if you check how they have built it, its in poor quality, only the surface appearence is really nice, but compared to material and inner building quality, the price is very high.

They have cheated me selling the land, the land was nicely covered with grass on top but when I wanted to build the house and when I tried to start with foundation only realized they have covered the partially blasted rock. So the cracks were all over, and lot of rock particles were surrounded the whole land covered with soil which they have purposely covered.

I still could not start to construct house even after five years of purchasing the land. They dragged me in to fully financially stucked situation. When I ask their help Sithara (Business Solutions Manager) and Luckpriya ( Senior QA ) tried to atleast help, but it was dragged in to months, but still I have lost more money because of their unethical behavior when selling a land.

Highly discourage you to even by a house or to be built house, I don't know why people invest money on their projects and wait for years to receive the completed house. Prime lands earn money rolling out innocent buyers money even without providing a trustworthy solution .

These people are money laundering professional robbers. Don't waste your home dream with the Primelands, because your home dream lasts your entire life.

They charge high interest for easy payment through prime finance. This is not reasonable for those who cannot obtain a bank loan facility.

- NO RESPONSIBILITY AFTER SALES.

We have purchased a land from this company lots and it has been 3 months already. Yet the official deed has not been handed over to us. When we contacted the agents and main branch all they do is "passing the ball", and keeps lying to there customers. The seller was so eager and pushing us to make the payments at the day we purchased and asked us to book the property before 4 pm. and after all the payments are done they neglect the customer and THEY DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. Drainage lines were not built after 3 months. The sellers are so cunning FRAUDS.

Property seller always expect on their pofit. Never delay a payment even on verbal notices from staff. Huge panalties for delays even on valid reason. Top managment is inaccesible for any complaint. Counter staff work to rule.

Disappointed as I bought house from Wattegedara Road Maharagama. Entire pantry was spoiled with weevil attack. They have outsourced pantry from a guy call Lucky and he is absolutely cheater...now Prime has terminated his contract at our cost. Shop floor people at Prime are good and top management including Chairman I feel as cheaters!

prime land deceives people by lying and exorbitantly raises land prices and sells to people We have such an experience that we bought a land from prime land and they lied and sold the land and showed us that in a short period of time all the road network is very good It was so dilapidated that people could not move. They told the prime land about it but they did not care. They passed the ball to others and saved their lives. It is only later that we realized that there were several motorcycles on this road and I did not have to travel on my broken road for years. Not only that, we also have to wait until 12 at night to get water, as even water does not come to these lands during the day. Some days it's even ten o'clock, but there's a lot of water talk. It's too difficult to cut the link. land land sale I think it would be wise for you to lie to people and sell land and move elsewhere

The place is nice and cozy, people are nice and you can get your business done almost immediately.

Frindly and very good customer service. Convenient and customer friendly sales team. High class service and flexible terms give plenty of oppertunities to select.

Worst service. We had to wait standing for 4 hours straight outside the building without a facility to seat just to get the deeds by paying the remaining loan amount. Security and staff didint consider about customer. Dont go there.

It is regrettable that this agency was working on building land and housing only for the purpose of supplying large sums of money, not for the middle class or the people of the lower class.

I'm proud to say "Prime Land" is the best home to do any investment, buying lands, homes, flats etc....I'm dealing with them since nearly 10 years, they are the best facilitators for any type of humble people to get on with there individuals life carriers as well. No puzzle, no headque, there whole staff members are well educated in particular subjects positively very kind , honest, helpful real genuine humens. Also there hospitality is so great and wondering. whole staff members are caring about there customers by implementing new system to the business world. Provide good service. but the process might get slow down

Overall company setup was good and they offer you a vehicle with an agent to go around the available lands and houses.

But we had a bad experience when we went to pay the money for the land we bought.

This 'guy' had very bad manners and i believe that is due to internal issue between the 'lady' who show us land and this 'guy'. Situation became worse when that 'lady' got involved in invoicing part. This 'guy's' voice was very rude and was reluctant to give any explanations.

Finally we had to understand there problem and pamper this person to bring him to normal mood.

You have to have good front office people to handle customers, specially when you are doing a business which involves transactions in millions.
