Doc is nice, when you get to see him. But waiting room plays endless cycle of drug ads, bathroom needs updating, parking lot is too tight, wait is always an hour or more with no updates from staff, nearly impossible to get through to them on the phone, appointment time screwups, billing errors . . . if only they could run the place better, could be good.
