This website is hands down the most trustable tech products site that I have ever known and purchased from.

The pricing is very clear and fair. One can't find a tech product at the price point as same as this website has to offer.

Sometimes the pricing is a bit heavier than what it supposed to be, but it's still in the fair range. Sure you can find many sites claiming to have lower prices, but they aren't not as trustable as this.

I have had two purchase from prime abgb. First time that purchase was perfect. Second time they delivered me a different item. However as soon as I mentioned to the customer care they sent me the correct item in high priority within few days.

Great online shopping experience. Only store in India which has a huge collection of Noctua products and high end gaming peripherals, also at very good prices compared to local stores. All items are packaged well and shipped very quickly. The customer service executives were also approachable and support was great. Primeabgb online helpline line are really worsts they talk arrogantly and don't even reply your answers also they cut your call if you call them too many times but if you are talking about offline buying then they are really good at pricing and product availability.

Amazing site for great deals on computer components. Probably the best in India. I am starting on a Youtube channel on tech stuff called Let's Play Tech and i am really thinking about posting product links to PrimeABGB instead of Amazon, Flipkart etc as these guys are really professional and deserve more attention when it comes to computer hardware

Good service and fast delivery.

Did not face any major issues during my order. They shipped it on the next day of my order. Moreover their service is pretty good, they replied to my queries within 4-5 hours and always resolved any discrepancies.

Multiple issues faced with the company:
1. Amount not converted to EMI in timely manner. While it should take 3 business days, it is 16th business day as I draft this review and they still haven't helped. Bank is going to charge more, including processing fee, if it is done through them manually.
2. Order placed for Gigabyte X570 AORUS Pro WiFi motherboard which was in stock. Then it went out of stock after the order was placed. The company made me wait for 2 weeks stating that the product will come back in stock and when it didn't, they offered me another motherboard, an offer that I accepted.
3. They then went on to say that the new motherboard would be shipped by the end of the day and ever since, have been playing games with me.
4. The price of the alternative motherboard was increased by 6,165 within a span of 2 days (from Jul 29-Jul 31) and the reason they gave me was that the "dollar value" had changed. Mind you that the dollar value against Indian Rupee actually dropped by 7 paisa within these two days.
5. Then they went on to offer another motherboard and said they'll include a WiFi adapter with it. When asked them to show which WiFi adapter they'd send, they showed me TPLink N adapter, which my motherboard originally ordered was supposed to have WiFi AX standard. N adapter is 12 years old technology.

Hats off to their price gouging, cheating behaviour. I have been forced to file an official complaint in consumer forum after being so patient with these people. Will NEVER recommend.

good service, good products and trustable. they are connected with good courier partners. communication through phone calls is poor but with emails for the same is really effective.

The only complaint that I have about them is that they sometimes show products in stock on their website that are actually not in stock. So it is better to contact them first and check if it is stock before making any order. Other than that they offer excellent prices as far as I can tell and have great customer support.

Ordering a computer case online is often scary, especially if its an expensive case. Its heavy, and the standard packaging provided by vendors is never enough to put up to the abuse by the delivery agents.

before buying a case from Prime ABGB, I had purchased another case online from another vendor and it came totally smashed and dented.

With Prime, the experience was wonderously different. the original packaging was reinforced by a crate which protected the box and the internal components from any damage. and we got the product in absolutely pristine condition.

The catch tho however is extra 2% charge on all digital transactions for payment. Would suggest to carry cash or cheque.

Shop is too good and the prices are also as per your expectations. All the components are priced lower than the online pricing. They also have a website which is good for people who do not reside in Bombay. Talking about the staff there's only one guy I suppose who handles the customers and others are inside a room where they assemble your desktops. They are well informed about the latest trends and technologies. They don't sell laptops (I don't know the reason).

The best prices can be found on their website. They have a wide range and variety of computer components available. The purchase experience was seamless and the customer care was prompt. However delivery timelines vary a lot. Some products were delivered within 2 working days while some took more than a week.
