First of all, I found this Website via Asus website.
As I used to trust Asus, my chance of trusting PrimeABGB increased. So, I ordered Computer Components for building a PC, Obviously, I couldn't find all of the components that suits my needs, but at least I got some.

Let's put it this way:
Pros
1. Price found on PrimeABGB was cheaper compared to others Online retailer.
2. As I am from Jowai, Meghalaya, so Fast Delivery was unexpected, it was delivered within 3 days.
3. They did well with the packaging and they did group my items into few deliveries.
4. I'm really satisfied with the customer representative as they were really helpful and manage to solve problems on time.
5. Payment is encrypted with an end to end Encryption.

Cons
1. Webdesign and Website UI is not user-friendly.
2. Finding products from the search bar is complicated.
3. Payment method is not user-friendly.

So, My overall experience is that PrimeABGB is a Good to Go for getting PC Components for your build.

PrimeABGB is great site for buying computer parts. i have bought Antec Vp500PC PSU at lower price than amazon/flipkart. It was delivered within 2 days while amazon takes 7days to deliver at my place in gujarat. The website is fast enough and easy for shopping and payment transaction.
And the packaging was so good that it took me while to unbox.. check the image of package..

I had ordered my CPU components from their website. They were quick to answer my queries via e-mail. After online payment, I received my components within 3-4 days which is commendable considering the lockdown restrictions. All components were seal packed and delivered properly. I haven't received my cpu cabinet yet, but after mailing them, they called and told me that it is going to be send separately. Their working is very professional and products are at low prices.

I'll update once I receive my cabinet.

Amazing shop with a wide variety of PC hardware available.I suggest you all to go directly to prime abgb rather then inquiring prices in other shops out there in Lamington road,they give you some competitive prices as compared to other shops.The guy in the shop was quite helpful and ordered me a motherboard which i wanted ,it was out of stock back then in all shops but the guy made the motherboard available to me in one day.Plus the phanteck cabinet was only available in prime abgb. After that i also made some few purchases from their online store to complete my build and damn i got delivery on the next day itself.Good work guys.....

I've ordered PC parts twice so far over the past 2 years from PrimeABGB online and the delivery has been impressively fast on both occasions. Packaging has been great and they partner up with trusted third party delivery services. The prices are almost always better than competing websites. They are often the earliest to get new parts and they are one of the very few authorized sellers of products from certain companies in India so you have the satisfaction of having warranty on your purchased product should you ever need to use it. Overall, I recommend buying from them.

On this Dashera, i went to this shop with a list of computer parts to build a pc as i want for my designing work. I have already taken the estimate through Email from Mr. Swapnil at Prime ABGB. I asked everything related to my computer parts list like compatibility, warranty, performance etc. And swapnil cleared all my doubts through email what i have asked.
If you want this people to assemble your pc parts then go as early as possible because it takes time like 3-4 hours depends on requirements. I reached there at 1pm with my dad and we left at 5.30pm or 6.00pm.
So be patient with that! I love my pc a lot. I Am a Happy Customer and definitely i will recommend other peoples too.

Strange. All my friends had bad experiences with Primeabgb regarding warranty before and during lockdown. Won't suggest this place for expensive parts.

I always shop my pc peripherals and components from here. You can order online or come here to buy. Either way works out good for me. I am writing this review based on a recent refund and replace service I needed and got a complete cooperation on. It's not 5star because of 2 reasons only. First, their inventory is great but it doesn't have everything. But I don't blame them. Even amazon doesn't have that. Second, they should have customer care ppl working over phone even during COVID. All things cannot be explained over mail in case there is a problem. Then again, if there is any problem, all you have to do is go to the store, and BINGO!

I bought AMD 7 3700x processor in lowest price ( 27200) as compared to any other websites like amazon, mdcomputers, vedantcomputers etc. Amazon was actually selling it at 32000 during lockdown. It took PrimeABGB around 5 days to prepare the shipment and delivery took around 5 days so I received it within 10 days which was good enough while lockdown when everything was shutdown.

They charged 350 for shipping and 30 for packaging & handling which is kind of high but the total price i paid is still lower then any other websites so I am happy with purchase. Recommended A++

I was happy with the PrimeABGB. The only place to buy all computer related items in India. But the AMD Vega 64 was not good because the system shuts down when I use the card. The AMD service center response was not impressive.

Made call to inquire about cabinets. Got connected to customer care who redirected me here and there. Eventually call gets cut. Happened multiple times when I called.

Fast delivery good packaging good pricing compared to competition

I've purchased from PrimeABGB both online and offline. I built my first gaming PC in 2012 I visited the store and bought the products in person. After 2 years the SSD got spoiled and it was still in warranty, they helped me with the RMA process and I got a brand new SSD in a few weeks. I've similarly had a good experience shopping with them online. Recently I upgraded my PC and bought a graphic card that wasn't working properly, they replaced it as it was in warranty and provided me a new card in two weeks. Their online delivery is always on time. If I have one criticism it is that their Customer Helpline is not always available. But overall my shopping experience has always been good with them.

Good service considering the covid situation currently.

Store owner came off as slightly aggressive but I passed it off as being under pressure. He helped adjusting the delivery charge since I went and physically picked up the materials.

They also provide repair services and pricing is competitive.

Only suggestion I would have is to add more people to your customer service dept and create a more open and friendly atmosphere.

I live in Gujarat and brought a motherboard and a ssd and was really worried about all the reviews but it came on excellent condition. The seal was broken but they did it to reduce the size and put that ssd into the m/b box. The part i didn't like was fedex they made the delivery 2 days late after i complained and talked to them like hundred times. Overall very good from Primeabgb.
