Customer Service Supervisor Darrell G just took 20...

Customer Service Supervisor Darrell G just took 20 minutes out of his crazy day (highest demand ever) to call me back about an email from the day before requesting help with a problem/error on an order that was in process which I was worried would get shipped requiring a return or some such. He counseled me on all my options and was so patient and helpful, it was amazing. Great guy. Will most definitely buy from Primary Arms next time, probably very soon.

I have purchased things in the past from Primary Arms and had nothing but good things to say about them. Its been a while since I have done any business with them until recently when a had some issues with a product I purchased a few years back. Even though they weren't the manufacturer of the product, they still went above and beyond to right the problem. Though it was something as little as a screw, they still spent their time and shipping charges to get me what I needed. I can't say anything but good things about Primary Arms and I will always be a repeat customer as long as they are in business.

Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time here. Placed an order online for store pickup. Showed up, they do not let anyone in the store and I sat in my car for an HOUR AND FORTY SIX MINUTES waiting for them to bring out my items. Employee was rude and did not care one bit. Customer service is a joke.

I ordered a magazine just under a month ago received it within about a week and it was wrong returned it to them and they have had it for a week now and still no response on sending me the correct magazine cannot get them By email or on the phone I will definitely not do business with this company again and will not recommend them to anyone else

Spent just about 3k and have built 2 rifles so far and have never had an issue with P.A. (and if there was an issue, they fixed it immediately). I will continue to buy from them until someone shows me a better place.

I made a 90min round trip to assess their assortme...

I made a 90min round trip to assess their assortment of drop in triggers for my AR and unfortunately left rather disappointed. The individual who I first met was not helpful or friendly. I was sternly questioned, "do you have an order to pick up?" I responded, "no, I would like to look at your selection of triggers." Another gentleman was being very loud (rude/obnoxious) was "cutting up" (unprofessional) with the security officer on duty, so I was forced to repeat myself. I was then asked if I had been here before and that I would need to place an order and I was instructed to move from the trigger selection and over to the ordering area. I again repeated myself and was then asked if I knew how the process works. I'm not one to speak in soft tone and I thoroughly understand that you place a will call order at the computer and it is delivered to the desk after being pulled. It's not as if the process is very scientific. The bottom line here is that the storefront, albeit small, had exactly what I wanted I am sure. I just wanted to test the trigger display and place an order for my item. I will be purchasing a trigger (unseen) and my next two guns (300BLK/6.5C) from another outfit. The loss of a semi-convenient stocking dealer of many items is rather unfortunate but I won't be back.

Update: I did return at the request of the manager, who said he would like to meet me and would even stay after hours, should that be necessary to accommodate my schedule. I had business in the area and after discussing the details of my previous visit, I informed him I could be at the store sometime between 12:30pm and 2:00pm. He ensured me that he would be there and provided me with an extension to call him on. Once I left my appointment, I called him and it was 12:15pm. I called twice and left a voicemail but I received no response in return. I entered the store expecting to see the manager on the floor but did not. What I did find was a friendly and knowledgeable staff member who I purchased a trigger from. I informed him that "he got my business back" and did an excellent job selling. I even mispronounced a common manufacturer's name purposely and asked for his help twice entering my order, which was actually not on purpose and he did a fantastic job assisting me. In this situation you need to understand one thing, I would have bought the trigger from just about anyone who I could have tested it out from. I still firmly believe that a good business is based on it's employees and those employees are only as good as those who manage them. Im not sure what it says when you miss an appointment with a customer who had a bad experience and is trying to work with you to change his own opinion. The manager told me that ultimately he wanted a good review and my business back, as he should. I reviewed his business again and he received my business but my favorable review also requires he have my respect and I feel that I didn't receive that from his employees the first time I visited and he wasn't there the second time I came in. Most people don't get a first opportunity to conduct business with someone to make a sell and they have been given two. I feel I've been very cooperative and understanding but maybe the management at Primary Arms doesn't see it that way, I'll let you be the judge.

Well I ordered a firearm part back on the 16th of ...

Well I ordered a firearm part back on the 16th of June today is the 27th of June and it's still not shipped. I tried calling and they aren't accepting calls. I sent an email and no reply . I understand what's going on with Covid but I don't understand why they can't let customers know what's going on. I picked them over others because they are Texas based and I believe in trying to give local businesses my money over other states, no offense to other businesses or states.

Its just unacceptable.

I ordered from them and then spoke to customer service to set up the ffl info. I was told that my order was set and would be shipped soon. After my card was charged they decided to cancel my order because my billing adress is in cook county. There is no law against lower receivers in cook county and the ffl dealer was in dupage. After not being able to provide any real reason to cancel my order I now am forced to wait for a refund.

Ordered pmags and chose FedEx ground for shipping. USPS would have cost the same. Item arrived the NEXT DAY. Fastest delivery I've ever received for ground shipping. Items received are all brand new in original packaging. Very pleasant experience. Will definitely shop here again. Not to mention their pmags prices are the lowest when I compared to other online shops. A++

I bought some rifle parts on their website for a Christmas gift . The process was very easy and user friendly. I live close by their shop so I opted for the in store pickup of my item. The guys were great and had my order ready to go and correct. I will definitely return to PA for my gun needs.

Definitely a unique experience. Make sure you ask about the process if it's your first time visit. Set up an account through their website before you go. If you don't, they have kiosks there for you to do so. Everything is done online. This serves as a pickup location with live customer service. They have display models of various items. It helps if you know what specific items you're going there for. Not a place just for general browsing, but if you do have questions they will take time to answer them.

Bought a red dot sight, and I have put about 5k rounds through my AK with it. It started having a parallax shift, and I spoke to Jimmy about it. I am getting it replaced; the process was very simple and transparent. They make great products, and their customer care is flawless. I am looking forward to buying more optics for different platforms in the future!

Customer service is not the best. They should be answering the phone, but are not at the present time. Covid 19 matters are no reason to not be answering the phone.

Received a shipment of magazines the other day which was fine. Then received another shipment which was messed up. They don't even respond to emails in a timely matter.

This is a POS business.

Prices and website are great, But, taking time to visit the store while in Houston was quite disappointing ... it is like a stand-in line for a liquor store- steel cage clerk window - a few kiosks, a few racks of returned items on sale, just no real store or showroom to shop in and see the items, not really for retail shopping I suppose. Seen better displays at pawn shops.
Still a fan and happy customer but wouldn t visit twice.

Quick in and out. Great place to buy if you know what you want. Most of their business is online. There is a small store front that you can place an order from and get your items from a window. Everyone was friendly and they have killer prices.

I recently made a purchase at Primary Arms in Houston, Texas and a few days later I noticed that one of my purchases went on sale. I contacted Primary Arms through email and asked them to refund the difference and a gentleman named Tony got back with me right away. He stated that they had a 45 day price guarantee and that they would refund the money right away. That really speaks to their customer service and the way they treat their customers is top notch. I will continue to be a loyal customer and I must say it is good to have a company like Primary Arms in Houston.

Yesterday I bought a 10.5 inch 300 blackout upper at Primary for 229.00. Today I got an email saying the price had dropped to 159. I called and talked to Gabby and to my surprise she refunded the difference back to my card no problems. I wish more places would do business like this. It's great to have a shop like this so close to home.

I'm going broke just buying from these guys but I'm enjoying every minute of it. Service is fast and great. Put in my orders in the morning and they're ready for pick up in a few hours. And you cannot beat the prices, glad I got my first AR here. PA has a customer for life.

I am pretty new to the gun world and I wanted to build an AR-15. These guys have the top knowledge when in comes to fire arms. They didn't make me feel like a "noobie" they took the time to help me and see what kind of AR I wanted to build. The website is is easy to navigate. The prices are fair and sales are big deal when it comes to budgeting. It is definitely worth the drive to Pearland.

Bought a Bear Creek 300 blkout barrel, which buying the cheapy was my first mistake. Totally out of spec, no feed/function. PA wouldn't accept return because the genius "customer service" guy on phone said it had been "mounted" as he put it. Did I saddle and ride it?? No...but it needs to be installed and fired to Frickin' find out it doesn't work!! No return he said....he "used 6 or 7 of them himself on personal builds"....really?? How many 7.5 inch 300 blackouts does one need?? Total BS from this d-bag on phone. It was obvious from start of phone convo he was a real genius. PA lost repeat customer for good. It's too bad because I used to like shopping there but clearly first time there is a problem...I got thrown to the wolves. I would have been happy with a 20$ off my next order coupon. Wouldn't even do that. Never again PA...even if you were selling Wilson Combat barrels for a $1.99.

This company amazed me. Even more their manager did. I ordered a part two day air and when I got it, it was the wrong connector. Picatini instead of key mod. I called and the customer service rep said they would over night the right one with a return label. Next day I got the label in an email but no tracking number. I called and talked to the manager and he said it shipped but the warehouse sent it standard ground.

To remedy the issue he dove into town and sent another package overnight. I received it with two awesome hats and an apology and a partial refund. This is so refreshing because the last order I made from a different company in the same area screwed me out of a lot of money and did nothing to fix their mistake.

Bottom line Primary Arms has won my business. I will order from them again.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. The staff is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and helpful. I asked an employee to assist me in picking a few parts for an AR build and he helped me pick out all of them, because I was making some bad choices. I ordered the wrong sized flash can and the staff refunded me and helped me choose the correct one no questions asked. The prices these guys have are INSANE. I purchased a CMC 3.5 trigger (retail MSRP $150) from them on Black Friday for under $100. Every time I m back in Houston I stop in.

Fastest most efficient I've experienced so far; setup and payed online then picked up my 2 stripped lowers- out the store in less than 10 mins.
Sure beats academy's 1-1.5 hr wait ( they usually have some dumb kid behind the counter that doesn't know what to do)

Good deals/prices; was blessed to have this so close to the house.

Top Notch Customer Service & My only Stop for Well Made & Inexpensive Optics. Grabbed a Ghost 300 BO Upper in OD Green the other day. Only issue w/ Primary Arms is, its an online store only. So you have to make your purchase online & you can pick up in store. You cannot just walk in & buy whatever without having to use your phone or 1 of their computers to make a purchase, then they ll bring the item out. Hopefully they make it like a regular store soon.

These guys are great! Brick-and-mortar place for pretty much everything you need for your build. When a safety plunger spring sprang its way to freedom, I thought my build was on hold for a week or more while I waited for a replacement to arrive. A friend recommended that I check with these guys, and sure enough, they had them on hand. (During the pandemic, they ve been allowing you to order online and pick up at the store in the time it takes you to get there.) I got to finish my build that night.

A short while after I found them, I ordered another couple items and tried to pick it up around lunchtime on Friday (7/3), but they d had to close unexpectedly. I contacted customer service, and Rigo (with Storefront) got back with me in minutes. He explained the situation and I asked them to go ahead and ship the parts. Within an hour or so, I got a notification that the stuff was in the mail, and it all arrived today (7/6). That s faster than I ve received an online order in MONTHS, and over a holiday weekend, to boot. (Even Amazon isn t promising next business day on much of anything these days).

It s nice to see a business go out of its way to take care of both their customers and their own people. I ll definitely be back.
