There adhesives are brilliant i go for a collection in my truck and im stuck their for hours

Some shabby company for reversing under the ramp or for turning must be a belaying employee but that's nothing 18/11/2019 normally loaded the goods under the ramp and on 28/02/2020 they were disturbed by the floor adapted to transport steel and did not load under the ramp. It is a pity that this semi-trailer did not seem dangerous to them before. I hope they go bankrupt after Brexit.

Superb product. I've been using it for 15 years and have never needed to use anything else. The technical department are a great help, Jez Mann the sales consultant is very helpful and supportive of any project. I would recommend Mapei products to anyone doing any tiling

Scammers who hook you with non existent free t-shirt offer to get your contact details

Very disappointing access to their much touted wide colour palette grouts. Online access through a tile company who did not supply listed 2kg bags. Had to order 5kg size and subsequent extra postage and vat on postage. Rang Mapei who said they would send me the contact details for their local rep. Mirage 3 weeks on. The grout has consequently cost more than the tiles.

I have in my shed three lots unused "Mapei tile grout" from B and Q. Mis purchased.
I have always blamed myself for the wrong colour I bought..
Today I drive 16 miles and an hour trip to buy some more and come back with another wrong purchase!!
The colour is not stated anywhere that one can quickly ascertain ..except a very small print by the tiny bar code. The colour sample on the package was a completely non-discript fawn/beige/warm light- brown. And what is it really after a 16 mile trip?
Grey Grey grey. And wrong on my light brown tiles.
I feel this is actually very sharp practice and they well know they are misleading the public. Knowing that it is confusing.

If I could give no stars I would Absolutely disgusting customer service andrew Bradley proviwas rude and tried his hardest to always habe a question or answer for me if you do get a faulty batch you will get no help from mapie once they have your money they don't care after that you won't be getting it back because they will make every excuse under the sun

HGV Advice..... Entrance is a bit of a chicane and could be a bit tight if your not careful. Gate House guy who dealt with me was spot on, H&S is high priority on site but instructions were clear! Only 1 vehicle is allowed to move at a time! Transport office staff were great too, even bought me a coffee as I may have to wait for an hour!!! Another example of how it can be done! Well done Mapei!
