Customer service is not the best. They should be answering the phone, but are not at the present time. Covid 19 matters are no reason to not be answering the phone.

Received a shipment of magazines the other day which was fine. Then received another shipment which was messed up. They don't even respond to emails in a timely matter.

This is a POS business.
