I purchased my very first car just recently at this dealership with Paul Joseph. I went to other dealerships before coming to this location and was a little hesitant in trusting anyone. After speaking with Paul, I knew I was in good hands. He got me exactly what I wanted, within my budget. He was very responsive and supportive. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and in specific Paul.
We ve been loyal customers to this location for over ten years but this last little while the service has been declining, maybe because management has changed. Our most recent visit last Saturday was for basic service and wheel exchange.
When we arrived to pick up our car it looked dirty even though they wash it every visit. It wouldn t start because it turned out the battery had been completely drained because a technician had left the lights on once they discovered the drivers side headlight needed replacing.
They recharged our battery and recleaned the car and we went on our way. Monday morning our passenger front tire was completely flat. I called Mazda because we had barely driven Sunday and the tires had just been put on; they even mentioned that they had to use extra sealant this year. Mazda said it wasn t their problem and maybe a nail punctured it.
We went to Active Green + Ross where they promptly fixed the tire (20 mins) with amazing service and said there was in fact a nail in the tire but it looked really old and had probably been there a while; perhaps Mazda didn t check the tires after replacing them and letting the sealant dry.
Got home and decided to check the headlight that had been replaced because I really was doubting Mazda at this point. Turns out, it was still out.
Called Mazda immediately and was told to make an appointment to fix it, no problem. The appointment coordinator never got back to me though. My husband left a message for their new GM Patrick because we hadn t heard, but he never returned the call. I called again to make an appointment for tomorrow (Saturday) because it s when I m in the area (we don t live nearby) and was told they were full. Explained the situation (we ve already paid for this repair!) and she went to confirm... again was told they were full for the time I needed.
Explained to the receptionist that we have been long time customers and won t be returning again, after all of this, and she said ok so I said have a great weekend and that was the end of that.
So disappointed, frustrated and mad that we ve paid for services that were not completed, the lack of respect and customer service and the overall mess of a simple service and wheel exchange.
This is the best Mazda dealership for servicing your vehicle. I came in with an issue on my Mazda 3, spoke with a very nice and knowledgeable man at the service desk. I think his name is Chris. He had my vehicle in and out and fixed within the day, without putting a dent in my pocket. To the Technician and service team of Prima Mazda, Keep up the good work!!! I recommend this Mazda dealership to all my friends.

HORRIBLE is an understatement. Jessica their service manager said to me (customer)-" Dont ever come back here"....... really surprised me how can someone in customer service can say this to customers........escalated to manager but in no vain ...perhaps they also believe in such treatment to customers... ..had Went in there for car service of my cx9 (6 months new)...... My car was damaged after/while it was taken to the shop floor ..... They claimed that it was pre damaged which I didn't agree to...I asked for video recording from time they picked my car to shop floor which could clarify things and save any blame game but they are not willing to share the same despite long followups..... such a rude and inconsiderate staff.....
