Excellent customer service provided by the sales team. Really appreciate the knowledge and guidance specifically provided by Randy & Ash. All other team members that we interacted with, from the reception staff to the new and used car sales managers and Monica from finance all exhibited professional and friendly service.
We leased a 2021 Q50 that was a very smooth/easy transaction to finalize the deal.
A few weeks later, when our son was looking for a used vehicle we went back to the dealership and we were able to get a vehicle for the budget my son had.

Dean Tsicolas the General Manager at Willowdale Nissan and Infiniti certainly knows how to pick his staff. As they are a reflection of him. He assured me that I would get spectacular service from Anastasia Turpin, and that I did. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient with me, as I was transitioning from a 2005 vehicle, to a modern day vehicle with all the electronically advanced components. She took her time with me to train me on the exciting new features that were available to me. She quite literally found the perfect vehicle for me! The entire experience from beginning to end was amazing! Monica handled the paperwork with such ease, and she was very knowledgeable about options I could get. Not that our purchase was without it s difficulties. Nader however was able to put us in the perfect car, and Monica was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and transparent when taking us through the finance process. Nader and Monica both had the highest level of professionalism while still being friendly to deal with. My wife and I felt like we were close to home and dealing with family.
The experience has already started my wife thinking about buying the new QX50 when it is ready to launch.

This is the 3rd Infiniti I have purchased at Willowdale. I visited a few other Infiniti dealerships to see if the grass was greener on the other side...but it wasn't...and here is the difference.
Upon entering Willowdale I was greeted warmly and directed to a salesperson promptly. I was introduced to Justin and right away I liked his no b/s approach to helping me get what I was looking for. Among the 4 Infiniti dealers visited he was the only salesperson to actually ask what I was looking for in my next vehicle. He was able to narrow down the results and it was on par with the cars I was there to look at.
Naturally the negotiation process began. Justin worked very hard with Danny (Manager) to come to an agreement that best suited both parties.
I am happy to say that I am the proud owner of my 3rd Infiniti from Willowdale.
