Such an amazing company! I would highly recommend any of their properties.

Great company with very supportive management team in place to help answer any questions. The most supportive environment I ve ever had the pleasure of working for. Love this job! Day to day can be stressful but I have faith in this company.

I am updating my response as after a very discouraging experience at move out, PRG took the appropriate and fair steps to resolve the issue bringing any unwarranted cleaning and damages charges to a $0 balance.

It might be a good place to work but it's going down as far as reputation, if nothing changes i won't be renewing my lease.

Trying to reach out to this company is impossible! I can understand all the bad reviews and I blame myself for not doing more research on them. I have sent two messages to them already and no one has responded. This company is heartless, company level and individual complex level, when it comes to understanding a persons situation. Leasing agents are horrible and don t communicate well. Someone tells you one thing and then someone else tells you another thing. Do yourself a favor and don t rent with this company!!!

I called the corporate office to get help in understanding charges that i was called from a collection company for. Instead of helping me, the lady, Heather, was disgusting to me. When i asked her to keep it civil with me, i was just trying to get some answers, she stated she was being civil and continued to talk to me like i was a 5 year old. I am absolutely appalled with the behavior of the "customer service" agent and the treatment i recieved. I hope to never have to speak with them again.

Awful management at Willow Ridge in Charlotte, NC. Sabrina lied to me about the termination fee saying I'd only have to pay 1 month, then turns around and says I have to pay 2 months when it was time to sign papers. PRG was informed of this and said they've "made a note" and is still charging me 2 months. This is also after the fact that when I moved out, I was charged a month's rent when I was no longer living there. Heather was no help either. Obviously they're going to side with their managers when it comes to money. I would expect them to at least consider my side because I'm sure I'm not the only one who's complained about this apartment complex and the management. Nope. No help at all. No customer service to be found here, just like at the apartment. Complete scam artists all of them. If you're looking for quality living with decent management and nice apartments you won't find them with PRG. At least not in Charlotte. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
