I had a health coach name star she s no longer there, they are taking a significant amount of time to contact me back now that she s gone it s been about a month I even had a surgery and no one has called me yet.. smdh

All they do is take peoples medicaid information and bill it for years. yet you NEVER receive any services from them. This place is a SCAM.

If I could give my case manager a negative star I would! Took days even weeks to get back to me. I even referred people there and my case worker met with them once and never got back to them either. I never write reviews but she even said they're short staffed do this behavior must go in all the time! She just spoke to me like I'm a how dare I get annoyed with her even though I never hear back from her and when I finally do my appointments are already passed! I'm actually calling today and complain!
