I am a strong advocate of Prevue and we are now using it as one of our key tools for determining a candidate s fit with a role and our organization, as well as adjusting our interview questions for second round meetings when we are alerted of answers that aren t in alignment with our expectations. I just got feedback today that we have successfully onboarded several new hires in the last few months who not only align well with our values and mission, but have also been efficient and began generating revenue in their third week with us!

Needless to say, I am impressed with the platform and will continue to leverage it in the future to make educated decisions on which individuals to bring on board and join our team.

I hired Prevue to replace my office coordinator, they offered the service of cloning her which sounded pretty good actually. They had my current coordinator take a test and from there they will test some candidates and through their assessments they will let me know if it was a good fit or not. I was excited to try it. So we got a candidate that we though she was pretty good for the job and had her do the assessment. After evaluating her, prevue told me that she was a right fit, she scored aprox. 70% which I didn t like but they told me that was a good % and that I wouldn t get near the 100% they told me that she was pretty similar to my previous coordinator except that she will learn slower, I didn t mind the learning curve as long as she had the commitment and the ability to do the job. Unfortunately she wasn t a slow learner, on the contrary she was a pretty smart lady, but her attitude was terrible, she wasn t committed at all, she wasn t able to take responsibility of any task. I went back to prevue to let them know and to ask for a refund as their test for me doesn t have any value but they denied it. I wouldn t recommend this company at all.

Prevue is part of our hiring process. We use their tools to promote discussion and self awareness. This fits our open and safe office culture. We believe that we know what styles will be successful given our work, so looking deeper than the technical skills has proven useful.

The new Team-Fit tool is very cool because it gives practical tips on how my style can be successful with my coworkers style.... but we are careful not to pigeon hole!

Tried it for the first time in evaluating potential candidates for 3 positions. I was pleasantly surprised in it's evaluation of candidates skills as well as their motivation for certain kinds of work. I also liked how it prompted questions to be asked during an interview for any clarification. The interviewees answers matched the report. We used it for marketing and IT positions.

I spent a lot of time looking for a company that would deliver good value for money while being accurate and easy for candidates to complete. Prevue has certainly been that for us. I highly recommend Prevue! Outstanding customer service - my account reps contact me on a regular basis and are always seeking ways to improve. Their applicant screening and tracking products are user friendly and helped us streamline our hiring.

The system was easy to use and our Customer Success Manager, Jordan Aquino, is great in checking in with us well into our implementation. The training calls were thorough and we are using our assessments for most roles company wide to help with the pre-qualification process.

I would rate Prevue as very useful. We used it as one of the tools used to hire our most recent employee. Overall the individual was the best candidate. However, prevue indicated that they are weak in mathematics. They are weak in mathematics.
