I hired Prevue to replace my office coordinator, they offered the service of cloning her which sounded pretty good actually. They had my current coordinator take a test and from there they will test some candidates and through their assessments they will let me know if it was a good fit or not. I was excited to try it. So we got a candidate that we though she was pretty good for the job and had her do the assessment. After evaluating her, prevue told me that she was a right fit, she scored aprox. 70% which I didn t like but they told me that was a good % and that I wouldn t get near the 100% they told me that she was pretty similar to my previous coordinator except that she will learn slower, I didn t mind the learning curve as long as she had the commitment and the ability to do the job. Unfortunately she wasn t a slow learner, on the contrary she was a pretty smart lady, but her attitude was terrible, she wasn t committed at all, she wasn t able to take responsibility of any task. I went back to prevue to let them know and to ask for a refund as their test for me doesn t have any value but they denied it. I wouldn t recommend this company at all.
