Tried it for the first time in evaluating potential candidates for 3 positions. I was pleasantly surprised in it's evaluation of candidates skills as well as their motivation for certain kinds of work. I also liked how it prompted questions to be asked during an interview for any clarification. The interviewees answers matched the report. We used it for marketing and IT positions.
