Posted this two months ago and today, on Jan. 13. 2021 I broke down and cried today.. Went to pembroke to do some shopping and to stop with the kids to get a pretzel like we always do and came to the realization you guys are closed now. So many memories here. Such good food, friendly employees and owners. Things will never be the same at pembroke mall. I hate this pandemic and what it has done. You guys will be missed more than you know.
Horrible customer service! The staff seemed to have attitudes and when they messed up our order. Rolled their eyes instead of fixing it. We just politely walked away. Will not go back!

Good pretzels. I have not tried the many other menu options available. They have all kinds of pretzel concoctions. Staff is friendly and helpful. Floors and tables are clean. I don't think there is a bathroom, but the mall has bathrooms.
My boyfriend and I went as we were craving pretzels(we ordered pretzel bites) and we received dough covered in butter. The amount of butter in the bottom of the cup was enough to fill a shot glass. There was about 4 grains of salt in the entire cup. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. We will not be returning.
The pretzels from here are great. They are always fresh and the ladies behind the counter are always nice. This is definitely an awesome place for pretzels.
I've been going there for 18 yrs now. Haven't been a while thou since I don't live that way anymore! But they have always been nice!
Food was very good ,the cashier was very nice, very seasonal, I loved the strawberry cream cheese smoothies, definitely would go there again, I definitely would recommend,
The pretzels are always warm and delicious. The staff is kind and helpful. These are the best pretzels in the area

Their prices are pretty high , but in their defense, the stuff tastes good
This is one of my usual stops when I come to the Pembroke Mall. The customer service is always top notch.
The pretzels were soft and airy. The smoothie tasted like it was made with actual fruit. My kids and I loved it. If you want something to eat I recommend stopping here they have a variety of things, everything looked really good.
They really need to wear gloves when handling the preztels etc. They touch it with there bare hands . Not sanitary at all
Very nice people and Prices a bit high but the food was delicious. Pretzel pizza, the pina colada smoothie and the frozen lemonade(month special) were amazing. Would of took pictures but food already in my tummy lol.
The best pretzel I have ever had! Not to mention my favorite sandwich!
I don t leave reviews often, but their smoothie definitely deserves one. The strawberry banana smoothie I got was probably the best I ve ver had. It didn t have a sugary, syrupy taste like most places. It was the perfect amount of sweetness and the perfect flavor.
Smoothies and the pretzels are nasty!! The store was disgusting, not clean at all.
