Anything in this country that has to do with a protocol process SUCKS! It's way too burocratic they make you jump through hoops every place their personnel treats people like garbage and customer service is a joke so everywhere you go that need something essential like this you'll find people that doesn't help you, definitely will never find parking and be prepared to return a couple of times for your inquiries to be solved

I congratulate you for your website, it is very complete, because now that I live abroad it has helped me a lot, I have all the information I need at hand, the best thing is the access I have to Virtual Trust where I can check my status of account. What I would recommend to all the users who are going to live abroad is that before traveling, they update their email as it is the means by which they will have communication, and they have to do it personally, it cannot be done online for security reasons .

Dreadful! Attention, physically, telephone and email is fatal. On the phone they leave you waiting 15 minutes and at the end, they cut the call. By e-mail the answer. Someone should teach a course on the subject, the entire staff of the AFP. Growing up is by far more efficient.
