Preservation Properties Review

I had an amazing experience working with Preservation Properties. I worked with Amy K. and she was a ray of SUNSHINE. Within one week she found us our dream place (seriously, I still can't believe it). And during a pandemic, no less.

I was shocked to see that they have some bad reviews. Honestly, I don't have one bad thing to say, so it seems likely that made some changes to address feedback they've received in the past.

They were super professional and guided me through the process. I've already recommended them to some of my friends who are thinking about moving outbound. And I'd recommend them to you!

When I decide to move again or to buy, they'll be the first ones I call.

Well, unhappy experience with Amol Malhi. The broker only answers your phone when he rushers you to pay the money, then he refused more help even though he promised before! Just some hypocritical words and all excuses you can get when you ask for help from him. In all, as long as you paid the broker fee, you won t get more help. I can t think up an easier way to earn so much than what he did to me. You never want to pay the full broker fee but cannot get some reasonable help! This is my revenge to him! I think he didn t behave decently during the deal. He appeared to be impatient and didn t give you any detailed explanations when you asked him questions!

Fantastic experience! I'm relocating a large family with a dog to the Boston area and finding a dog-friendly, short term rental was no small feat. I left a message and heard back from an agent the next day. Galina was amazing. I had a signed lease in hand within 2 days. When she realized the urgency of finding a home to land in, she started to hustle us, the owner, we got a facetime tour with her immediately. She communicated promptly and clearly throughout the process and never missed a beat. Can't recommend them highly enough - extremely impressed.

I first found the listing on Zillow, along with Amy's contact information. From the moment we spoke, Amy was diligent, professional, and sweet. Amy Kaplan helped me find the perfect rental for our family. We were moving from out of state but Amy made time when I was in the area, even if for a few hours. She had a great vision of where we should live with the kids and really helped us find the right location and the right home. Even after the contract was signed, she kept in touch to remind me of signing up for utilities and to let me know about happenings in the neighborhood which was so nice! Amy is professional, dedicated and knows the neighborhood well! She will work with you to find what you are looking for.

I worked with Amol to find a rental property in Newton and he was amazing to work with. From start to finish, he was responsive, polite, friendly, and a true professional. He was consistent in his follow ups and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. He answered all my questions and was prompt in his phone/email communications. He was by the best realtor we have ever worked with- patient, responsive and proactive about finding us something that fit our budget, timeline and list of must-haves. Amy was our Rental Realtor Consultant in August 2019.
We are an Australian family who have just relocated from France to Boston. In the months leading up to our move I was in contact via email with a realtor about our rental requirements and availability in the Newton area.
Once we arrived however, my scheduled appointment and viewings didn t happen.
Amy at Preservation Properties became aware of our plight and immediately took action to find us a home. We had some urgency as our belongings had arrived and cleared customs and our temporary accommodation lease ended in a week.
Within a matter of hours, Amy had organized to inspect 8 properties the very next day. She also had a large list of back up properties for which she could arrange inspection on a second day if needed.
After inspecting a couple of properties, Amy very quickly was able to further assess our needs and even adjusted the viewing list and appointments to find us a beautiful home .
In less than 24 hours, we had found a fantastic rental and were working on the rental application.
Amy was extremely thorough with all the paperwork and lead us through the process. Her communication is superb! She kept in touch throughout and has been a terrific resource as we settle in a new country.
Amy knows Newton! As a true local, she has been able to assist us with recommendations for shopping, restaurants, doctors, hairdressers .!

Amy Kaplan is nothing short of a blessing. After reaching out to Preservation Properties, I had a return call from Amy within the hour. We had a lengthy discussion about my wants and needs, and she immediately got to work. I didn t exactly make it easy for her, try finding a quiet apartment in a quiet neighborhood that is a short public transit commute into Boston and allows pets. I figured even if she checks all those boxes, I d have to make other compromises. Nope. It took Amy 2 tries to find the perfect apartment. She reached out two days later with videos of some beautiful properties, but the commute was just a bit too long for me, so she reevaluated. She reached out again a few days later with an astounding property that was better than what I had asked for. I didn t see it listed anywhere else online; I can only assume that Amy is so tuned into her clients that the minute my dream apartment became available she knew to give me a call.

Every conversation we had, Amy told me I just want to make you happy and find you the perfect apartment . As soon as I saw the perfect apartment, we spoke, texted, and emailed multiple times a day for the next 3 days to make darn sure that I secured that property before someone else did. One night she called me at 8pm with updates, and I told her I felt like I was her only client. I realized she had been up since 6am and was still working at 8pm every day just so every client felt like her only client.

I feel so happy and at home with my new apartment. In the future, if I look to buy a property of my own, I m going to call Preservation Properties and ask to speak to Amy. I feel confident telling any friend, family member, or anyone looking to buy or rent to do the same. Amy promptly replied to every email and text message, she picked up every phone call, and she consistently reached out to me so that I knew I was her priority. This is a 5 star agent working for a 5 star company.
