It's a shame to see a company make it so hard to leave... If your services are so great, let us go, take our feedback, and learn to grow. Or just be petty and cite verbose legal contracts to attempt to keep us on board. As part of a family pharmacy that's been around for over 140 years... I can promise you, not a very positive way to do business. Take feedback critically and grow from it, don't try to abuse customers who are ready to move on.

EDIT: Upgraded my 1 star review to 3 - Prescribe Wellness can be a beneficial tool to your independent pharmacy. Make sure to discuss possible exit plans if you decide to move on. In the past they've been hard to cut ties with.

I have been using prescribe wellness for last 5 years. BUT THEIR POLICIES ARE NOT GOOD WHEN YOU WANT TO STOP THEIR SERVICES. BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU SIGN UP. THEY PUT YOU ON AUTO RENEWAL OF CONTRACT. AND WHEN YOU WANT TO CANCEL THEIR SERVICE YOU CAN NOT TILL CONTRACT ENDS FOR THAT PARTICULAR YEAR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE ONLY DUE TO THIS POLICY. THERE ARE SOME OTHER PROVIDERS WHO DOES NOT HAVE THIS KIND OF POLICY. WATCH OUT...

I give PrescribeWellness a 4 stars because they have great platform. Its easy to work with my computer software vendor. they are the leader but other competitors are catching up to them. their services are expensive. I am using their program now and its good. I definitely agree with other reviews that the sales rep can get into your nerve when you talk to them. I did have some experience in the past that when they want to sell their services and I said no, they get frustrated ( in a sophisticated, arrogant ways). they need to know when to hit the break when customer said no. It is a good program, no doubt. from customer point of view, PrescribeWellness should reach out to new and old customers to support customer with their current program. make them feel what they paid for is worth it, then sell them new program. The only time when I get a call from PrescribeWellness is " I want to show you this new program that we have. when can I sign you up for this program?".

Everyone around me is getting sick. I needed to find a flu shot fast! Landed at this site and found a local community pharmacy 2 miles away. No waiting and staying on the path of wellness!!!!!!

Be aware when signing up with this company. I have been trying to cancel the services for over 3 months when my renewal period is coming up. I have called several times to cancel and they acknowledge my request but have not called back to follow up why they have not been able to cancel the services. I've spoke to several agents without any success. Please reconsider before starting services. Others have had similar situations in other reviews.

They have charged my credit card $2,895.00 and my pharmacy has not received any service from them. I had to cancel my card to keep them from charging again. They just want your money.

We enjoyed Prescribe Wellness's services when we needed them. They served their purpose quite well. As we upgraded to a new POS system, we no longer needed them. Unfortunately they have a very predatory contract that doesn't make it easy to leave. We're working with our attorney now to end this partnership. It's a shame to see companies acting this way. We've been around for over 140 years because we know how to treat people fair. We've lost and won customers back over the years. A company like this will sure have trouble winning anyone back.

EDIT: we've upgraded our 1 star review to 3. They're great to work with if you need them. Just make sure to negotiate your exit plan if you decide to move on before you sign on with their services.

Prescribe wellness is not a good company to deal with. They will not let you cancel, and they will not call you back to follow up. Read the other reviews. i am not the only one they have done this to. Stay away!

Great company with some very talented and excellent people.
