Roads are small no walkways for pedestrians. So far clean with the very minimal road obstructions which are very visible due to small road.
Street names seem hard to follow for first timers to visit the place using Google maps

The address has its duplicate on the other side of Felix Avenue. People might get confused that Karangalan Village in Pasig is the same as Karangalan Village in Cainta. Kabayanihan St is existing in two different municipality

A great exodus of suspicious residents have marred what was once a peaceful urban hamlet.

Very nice and quiet place to live. Rooms here can be too small.

It's okay. It's a low to middle class residential place.

Accessible to public transport. However 'grabe' traffic during rush hours. One has to find alternate routes to avoid this. Plenty of shops, tiangge, restaurants. Gets flooded during rainy season sometimes waist high flood.

The place is already crowded. This village can be from low to middle class.

Flood prone area. That's why most houses here are elevated and some have up to 4th floors! According to old residents here, during Typhoon Ondoy, the flood exceeded an average person's height. These photos were taken this recent typhoon.
