I have now been in contact with a prepac representative for over a month now and they have been absolutely 0 help, I ordered the floating headboard with 2 nightstands and only received one of the boxes through the mail and now I ve been without a bed frame for nearly 2 months i would highly consider buying through a different manufacturer because it s been nothing but problems since they ve had my money

I bought a 70 inch floating TV stand from them in February 2019. Great design, looks good on my wall. Assembly was straightforward, but I have a lot of experience in construction. The TV stand is good quality for the price. They have excellent customer service, very friendly, based in Canada. I lost the mounting rail during my move, I called them up, and they sent me another rail free of charge, which was a nice gesture.

I had bought 2 Prepac 6 drawer captains beds from home depot less than a year ago. They both literally fell apart. When I called for the 5-year warranty they offered to send me the parts. There are so many parts that are broken it is not worth ordering them again and putting the bed together again. It would just fall apart again. Worst purchase I have ever made.

If I could give this company a 0, I would. I ordered a 5 drawer chest of drawers and was missing 11 pieces. Fortunately, I could go ahead and put most of it together, but I could not put the face of the drawers on, because the dowels to do so were missing. I ordered the replacement parts on Friday, May 15 and have been told the parts will not be here until May 28. In addition, many of the parts were scratched up in the box. What I would like to know is why am I having to wait so long to get my replacement parts when it was company error that I did not get them in the first place? I will never buy anything again that is manufactured by this company.

All the furniture that i bought didnt even last long, and because all the hardware wasnt right i have to figure out how i can get them in the right possition of the furniture, and i think all your furniture is garbage.

TV stand arrived damaged, requested part. Sent via standard shipping, 9 days later I was sent the wrong part. Slow shipping, incompetence, no thank you. Cannot recommend.

I ordered the queen size headboard with two floating drawers through Lowes from Prepac. It showed up completely scratched and dented. Returned it and ordered another one. Same thing only worse damage. Called Lowes and they reached out to Prepac who said this has never happened before and would either send a third one packaged the same way or we could have 10% off to keep it. Please be careful if you plan on buying this project from them as it's not well packaged and they will insult you as a remedy.

Ordered a TV stand through Walmart and was filled by Prepac...came on time but top was scratched, e-mailed them and was sent a new top within 2 days...came as promised in good shape....Thanks...Russ

We ordered a king size platform bed frame that required assembly. These folks got the instructions right!!! Good job, guys, the assembly process went well.

Don't recommend, bed broke down in no time what-so-ever.
