Trying to ship a car can be overwhelming and discouraging because every review you read, you hear horror stories. THANKFULLY, I was introduces to Sara Stanley. Sara was personable, friendly, and constantly helpful throughout my entire process, embodying the best form of customer service. Sara turned this experience into a true effortless pleasure. I would recommend Sara and her team every day of the week, hands down I could not have asked for a better experience.

Has a great experience shipping a car cross country with PreOwned Auto Logistics. They were always available through email or phone, were patient explaining the whole process, which was new for me, and also updated me along the way (even if the update was that they didn't have an update). Overall a great experience and great customer service! I worked with Tom who I'd highly recommend.

Mindy and Jake at PAL were awesome! My car got picked up right on time in Maine and arrived at my door in California 6 days later. The driver, Ile, was very communicative in coordinating the drop off, calling 24 hours before and then checking in multiple times that day to update me on his timing. As a first timer in the car shipping experience, I was blown away by their service and will definitely be using Pre-Owned Logistics again if I ever need to ship another vehicle!

Could not be happier with this company s performance and commitment to delivering exactly what they said they would, when they said they would. Sara was a lifesaver, we had booked with another company to ship our car to Florida,they never came we had to cancel our flights,friends highly recommended Sara. SCAM!! Picked up my car, damaged it and accused me of doing it! Said they would be out of b business if they paid claims! Even with pics to prove damage and testimonial from dealer, REFUSED to pay for damages which was in the hundreds of $$.!They charge the most, they lie!!!!

Very unhappy when we got our car back only to realize many items were stolen. Not to mention the owner of the cars undergarments were searched through.

When I called this company to explain items were stolen they said they have a policy and do not cover or care about items inside the car.

Do not use this company unless you don t care if your personal items are stolen.

Bad customer service, late on delivery, and theft and a violation of a young lady s rights.

Karma will get them in the end.

This was my first time using PreOwned Auto Logistics to ship our car to and from Florida. Sara and Mike were very accommodating and went out of there way to insure that I was kept informed on the status of the car. There was a minor issue on my return bill and Sara went out of her way to immediately correct it and to insure that I was satisfied. Wow, what a great experience and service! After dealing with a few other company's who raised the price every time I spoke with them, failed to respond to any communications and making all kinds of promises that they failed to keep, I called PreOwned. Finding them and talking with Sara was the best thing that could have happened to me. She gave me a great price and made it extremely easy for me to ship my car to Florida. I could not have been happier and I wished I had found them first, rather than have to deal with more than one company that I considered to be a pack of thieves. I used PAL to ship my 1982 porsche 930 from Boston to Seattle. I had a small window for the pickup, and SARA S. at PAL took charge and found a shipper that picked up the car right on time. They quoted approx 7 days to transport and the car arrived in only 4 days! Since I was not home on the morning of the delivery, the shippers transferred the car onto a smaller truck for the delivery to my house, which I wasn't really happy about. Also there is no provision to track the progress of the car across country. The car arrived in perfect condition and SARA went out of her way to keep me informed throughout the process. Great job, I'll use her again!
