I worked with Mindy getting my "new" 2003 Corvette transported from New Hampshire to Maryland. PreOwned Auto Logistics was quick to schedule, provided very good communication and dropped off my car in perfect condition. From start to finish, they were great.

From the minute I called PreOwned Auto Logistics, I was treated with respect, knowledge about the procedure, my questions being this was my first time shipping my car to Florida, were all answered. Sara is by far the best employer, and treated me like family. She gave me one to one details of the procedure from the pick up to the delivery in Florida. Thank you so much for treating me like a valuable customer and family. I will use in the future as many times as I need. Sold to the CT customer for life.

Sara is great to work with. Responsive, flexible and funny. PreOwned actually delivers your car when they say they will, unlike another shipper I used once when I was trying to save money. I've shipped my cars back and forth from Florida to Maine with PreOwned for 6 or 7 years and couldn't be happier. The one time my car was slightly damaged coming off the carrier PreOwned had it repaired right away at no cost to me. Nothing but good things to say about PreOwned.

At first they appeared to do a good job. Then when the odometer reading was photographed it was clear that Preowned allowed the transporter to remove my brand new high end sports car from the enclosed trailer and drive it over 20 miles, apparently as a joyride. When the evidence clearly demonstrated that the car was driven, the president of the company and John refused to refund the transport. The damage to my car is estimated at approximately $5800.00, and they literally said to me "do you really want us to absorb the cost of the transport" AND claimed to be good Christians at the same time. It says specifically on their website that "Your car will not be driven". I would not trust them to transport an old red wagon. The fact that it appears they committed fraud in the process to protect themselves, yet forgot that they had already contradicted the verbiage in previous communications IN WRITING show how unethical they are. Seriously. If you need to transport an old junker, I would look elsewhere. Don't be surprised if they find a way to steal parts and sell them from your junker, as they seem to have no limit to how far they will go to avoid taking responsibility for their actions.

I was put in touch with Colby H. (by the dealership) for a car I was looking into purchasing and having moved from South Carolina (Hilton Head area) to Texas. Colby did an awesome job of making me comfortable with the move, communicating with me in advance of the pickup and transportation. They over delivered at the end - the estimate was 3-4 days and I received my car in 2 days.
I would work with Colby again when the need arises.

I hired the company to transport my used 2008 Lamborghini I purchased from Jakes in San Diego. The car was shipped across country to Boston and arrived on time and in perfect condition. Communication was excellent and the rate was very reasonable. All in all I have full confidence in this company as I have used them three times to date and they are now the only transport company I use regardless of location and length of the transport needed.

First time experience shipping a new car coast to coast. I contacted a number of the larger and well known auto transport companies to receive bids and confirm schedule details as delivery time was critical to me. Sorting through on-line bids that started low and kept increasing as the details were sorted out felt like a disingenuous way of doing business. I found it very difficult to nail down pick-up and delivery times that varied greatly and were highly dependent on a number of conditions that precluded a guarantee of any sort being offered. Becoming very discouraged with my search I happened to share the story with a friend who had shipped several cars long distance. He recommended I contact PreOwned Auto Logistics as he'd had a good experience with them. I called and was put in touch with Jacob Klose. Jacob, listened to my schedule concerns and answered all my questions about how the car would be transported across the country. He quoted a price that was fair, worked with me on a schedule that met my needs, and took care of all the details with the dealership for the pick-up. He took responsibility for communicating with me directly. I was never handed over to another person. Jacob called me to communicate what was happening through all phases of the pick-up and delivery. His personal commitment to good communication was excellent. He made sure that PreOwned Auto Logistics lived up to what they had agreed to every step of the way. The car was picked up on time and arrived within the schedule window that we had agreed to (actually early). Jacob kept me informed on the progress and called me with the arrival and drop-off information the day before the car arrived. The transport driver was very courteous and careful with the car during off-loading. The dealership let me know that he was the same during pick-up. Things could not have gone any better. I'm completely pleased and satisfied with how PreOwned Auto Logistics handled entire arrangement. They took the worry out of the experience and offered excellent person to person customer service. I will use them again and would highly recommend them.
