We first met Premier Properties' Tom Cardelli at a model home for Riverside Homes. He then facilitated our entire buying process. He was endlessly patient, informative, and upbeat. Just a very kind gentleman and hard worker. We were treated warmly and felt well-cared for by him the entire time. He treated us like family, and was genuinely customer-oriented throughout the buying process. He made sure any issues or questions along the way were taken seriously and addressed. We wouldn't hesitate to place our trust in him for future endeavors.
Carla little with Premier Property Group is advertising a condo in downtown Portland (2083 NW johnson #1)as being available To rent 30 days at a time no rental cap. She even told my realtor 30 day rentals were allowed. We put in and had an offer accepted, deposited earnest money, and were so excited and then I found an amendment in the HOA that only allows 90 day rentals. We pulled out, got our earnest money back and this realtor still has it advertised as a 30 day rental. Luckily i dug through the title and found this amendment, but another buyer may not be as thoughrough. This is so unethical. I will definitely report this realtor and company. Buyers beware.
Gotta give Porsche and Lindsey high fives here. They were great agents doing the sell of our house. Very personable and on top of everything that came with selling a house. Totally recommend them and PPG for selling your home as well as buying a home.
I would not hesitate to recommend Kristina Horning to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. We had an absolutely perfect experience with her. I cannot imagine a more competent or personable real estate broker/agent.
My wife and I were so lucky to have Susan Figgs and Vickie Brooks as our agents. As first time home buyers the process was very foreign to us. Susan and Vickie did a fantastic job explaining the process. Questions were encouraged and answered promptly. We ran into some difficulty with the seller, but Susan and Vickie handled it very professionally on our behalf. I can confidently say that without Susan and Vickie we would have not been able to move into our wonderful home.
