Carla little with Premier Property Group is advertising a condo in downtown Portland (2083 NW johnson #1)as being available To rent 30 days at a time no rental cap. She even told my realtor 30 day rentals were allowed. We put in and had an offer accepted, deposited earnest money, and were so excited and then I found an amendment in the HOA that only allows 90 day rentals. We pulled out, got our earnest money back and this realtor still has it advertised as a 30 day rental. Luckily i dug through the title and found this amendment, but another buyer may not be as thoughrough. This is so unethical. I will definitely report this realtor and company. Buyers beware.
