The staff was so helpful, knowledgeable, and sweet (especially Becky). I really enjoyed my time trying on wedding dresses at this establishment, even though I ended up going with my grandmother's wedding dress. Great place with great dresses and great prices.

Absolutely loved my wedding dress! I shopped everywhere in the Madison area & couldn't stop thinking about a dress that I tried on here. It was the one & I got so many compliments on it. I was treated very well with all of my visits & got a nice goody bag when I purchased my dress. I highly recommend them.

They were very attentive to my granddaughter and listened to what she wanted in her prom dress. They made the experience very enjoyable. Highly recommend

Premiere Couture is a great place to outfit your entire wedding party. Their selection of dresses is fantastic. The staff is very knowledgeable of the designers and will suggest certain dresses that will look nice on your particular body type. They really listen to what you want and make suggestions based on that. They make your dream wedding come alive.

Absolutely amazing bridal shop. I have shopped here for many years and bought several dresses including prom dresses, bridesmaid dresses, and a few friend s wedding gowns. All my experiences at Premiere Couture have been wonderful. The staff is very friendly and they have the best boutique feel with an amazing selection of dresses! Additionally, as a bride you have your own private fitting room and your guests sit outside so the bride can reveal her dress to you. While shopping for my friend s wedding gown, that was the best! The bride has her own time with the dress before showing friends and family. I would highly recommend this bridal boutique.

I purchased my wedding dress and flower girl dresses here. When I returned with a friend to look for her wedding dress, I was horrified by the treatment I received. I asked to hang a dress next to her for color reference for bridesmaids and was scolded like a child. She literally took the dress out of my hands and rudely told me to sit down.
I recommended this shop to friends after my first visit, I would certainly steer people away after this experience.

Sarah was amazing to work with! With being a plus-size bride they had some many dresses to try on for my size! I would highly recommend making this your first stop in finding a wedding dress!!

Amazing staff and owners, nice selection of dresses. I had two fantastic shopping experiences with Mary Jo, once when I was originally shopping for my dress and another just four days before my wedding.

When I was originally shopping for my dress in September 2017, I called the shop one afternoon because I wanted to dress shop by myself (overwhelmed by shopping with my mother -- who hasn't been there?). They fit me in just a couple hours later and Mary Jo was the one who helped me figure out that the dress style I thought I wanted wasn't super flattering for my body and found a style that was perfect for me. I ended up buying a dress from Vera's in that style a couple weeks later.

Cut to four days before my wedding in June 2018. After my fifth fitting for dress alterations, it became clear my seamstress couldn't figure out how to make my dress fit me correctly. Even though I had purchased my dress from Vera's, my first thought was to call Premiere because I had loved the shopping experience there back in September and felt they were more likely to do whatever they could to make sure I had a dress.

They had me come right out to the store and helped me find a backup dress. They recommended a different tailor (Mario at Monetti's in Madison), sold me the dress at 20% off and said if Mario could fix my original dress, they would let me return the backup dress. Mario is a magician (but that's another review), he was able to make my original dress fit like a glove in the two days before my wedding. Premiere let me return that backup dress and even called to check on me to see how things were going with Mario. Basically, I didn't actually buy anything from Premiere yet they were still fantastic to me. If I hadn't gone there, I wouldn't have known about Mario and might not have had a dress in time for my wedding.

The staff honestly care more a about you finding the perfect dress than making money. I'm so grateful for their help and generosity.

Sarah was fantastic to work with! Premiere Couture was the first shop I visited so I didn't realized how spoiled I was there until visited other shops. Sarah was more helpful getting into and out of gowns than anyone at any of the other shops I visited. After visiting 3 other shops, I came back and purchased my gown at Premiere Couture. I highly recommend this shop to other brides!

This is a must stop place for anyone looking for a dress (prom, homecoming, wedding, mother of the bride). The staff takes the time to get to know you and caters to your style. I got my prom dress here and returned to look for my wedding dress. All though I did not find my wedding dress here the staff was so helpful with tips and tricks for wedding dresses. If I could give them a 6/5 I would.

I have purchased a few dresses here for the Navy Ball. Each time I have gone in whether with or without an appt. I have been treated respectfully and greeted with kindness. I say this because I am NOT a girly, girl and dislike dressing up! With that, I again say the staff and owner have always been very generous, kind and supportive.

Highly recommend it!! I was treated like VIP! Laura was the best at helping me find my wedding dress. I showed her one picture off Internet of what I 'thought' I might like. She showed me a dress similar, encouraged me to trust her and try it on, so glad I did! The variety of dresses is amazing and my matron of honor enjoyed finding her dress also!

My daughter and I went to the Prom Launch party and we were hooked! Made our appointment to search for a dress and had a wonderful experience! Mary Jo is the epitome of hospitality, charm, kindness, and personality. She had dresses already chosen for me to try on when I arrived. She assisted me with trying them on, pinning it the places that needed it so I could get a good idea of the look. Very knowledgeable about the dresses. No pressure on price but stayed with in my budget. She was honest and just a really good person to work with. I highly recommend her and Premier Couture, in general. I really appreciated the earrings she sent to me awhile later, too. She s the best!

We dressed our entire wedding party at Premiere. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They listened to what I said I wanted in my gown even though I was very vague about it (I didn't know all of the terminology and whatnot). They helped me find the perfect dress for my day and all the accessories to go with it.
We were able to pick out bridesmaid dresses fairly quickly with help. And the tuxes all looked great!

I found my wedding dress at Premiere Couture's sample sale. I never thought that I'd find my dream dress for such a great price, along with accessories, too. The bridal consultants truly live up to giving their brides VIP treatment, and I'd highly recommend this shop to any of my friends!

This is THE dress shop in the Madison/South Central WI area. If you are a bride, go here to experience the most personalized, kind, and gracious service of any shop within 80 miles of Madison.

Believe me, I went to 5 other shops before stopping here and completely fell in love with the service, selection of dresses, and kind owners and associates at this shop.

They listened to everything I said and made it very easy to find a dress that I loved within my price range--something I had a hard time doing at a lot of other shops!

What's more, when my dress came back from my tailor scuffed up and dirtied after alterations (the tailor wouldn't take responsibility and left me high and dry--yikes!), Mary Jo, out of the kindness of her heart, offered to take a look at my dress and see what they could do to clean it up. Mary Jo did an amazing job, and I couldn't have felt more beautiful and confident on my wedding day.

In short, go here if you want a dress shop that will go the extra mile to make you feel your best on your wedding day!

This place was a 10/10 for me. The staff is amazing! My stylist, Jerica was awesome! She helped me so much, and really wanted to bring my vision to life. I felt so comfortable, and important from the moment I made the appointment, until the moment I left!

I cannot say enough good things about Premiere's help in selecting my dress and helping pick out the bridesmaids dress. It could be overwhelming how many options there are but they helped narrow it down to the perfect one for the occasion and to flatter your wedding party. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help with any questions you have. They have make the experience memorable.

I have also gotten party dresses here and always get a lot of compliments on the dress - love the fun styles and colors!!

Dresses were nice and moderately priced. Staff was friendly (a little bubbly for our taste but did her best to make sure everything went smoothly). Appointments recommeded.

I had a few bad experiences at different bridal shops, including having to send my wedding dress back due to a flaw and them not having another one. My mom found Premiere Couture on Facebook and we called on a Sunday and they welcomed us in for a same day appointment. We worked with Rosemary and she was wonderful. She was patient, kind and offered her opinion when it was asked. I would recommend the place to anyone. Both my mom and future mother in law purchased their dresses from them as well!

WOW! I had a terrible experience at Vera's bridal and was discouraged until I called Premiere Couture! We have a short deadline for our wedding, but when I called I was assured they would help me find a dress and that I had a lot of options... and it was true! AMAZING customer service... and STUNNING DRESSES!!!!! I found my wedding dress and felt like a queen for the day. The gift basket they gave me was a huge plus too! Now we are headed back for bridesmaid dresses for my wedding party. Just ordered my dress- hoping the rest goes smoothly... but so far... they have been amazing!

Update: while dress shopping went well, and my dress came in early... alterations is one area for improvement. I ended up taking it elsewhere because the seamstress lied to me and told me when I ordered that she could make the alterations I needed, when it came down to doing them she yelled at me for losing weight and told me she can't alter my dress. I took my dress elsewhere and it worked out great.

I can not say enough about my experience here! AMAZING! I purchased the FIRST dress I tried on! It was a dress they pulled for me after letting them know my price limit was $500. I was nervous at first that they wouldn't have much in my price range...but I was very pleasantly surprised :) The dress I chose was a sample dress, which was originally $3,000. I LOVE that they have something for everyone! Even though my appointment was just for me, they were so sweet and even let my bridesmaids try on a few dresses. I could not ask for a better experience. Thank you ladies for making this part of the process so incredibly painless.

Premiere Couture is the best in the business. My bridal gown experience was better than I ever could have imagined. I was nervous going in as I tend to be picky, especially about big purchases. Laura, my stylist, totally met me where I was at and by listening to my wedding vision, personal style, and seeing pictures, she selected numerous gowns that were totally my style and looked great. I was able to be picky without limiting my options and if I said no to something, Laura did an excellent job having another dress waiting for me to try on. Ultimately, I found my perfect gown (which I tried on four different times during my appointment) and they made the whole experience even more special by adding accessories and letting my group pop champagne and take photos to celebrate! I would HIGHLY recommend going to Premiere Couture for all your bridal needs. The staff is knowledgable and knows their stock inside and out, they have connections with alterations specialists in the area, they have accessories of all kinds to fit your look, and they have a great selection of bridesmaids and mother of the bride gowns.

This was my first wedding dress appointment and it couldn t have gone any better!! I chose the Platinum VIP which means the store to yourself, 10 guests, 2 hours of stylist time and some goodies/surprises that I don t want to spoil! Mary Jo was beyond helpful by really listening to what i was looking for and made me feel super comfortable the entire time. The staff there truly cares about you (&your guests) and it shows! 10/10 would recommend going here- ps. the cost of the platinum vip is a little up there but TOTALLY WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

I had the most amazing experience today! I felt so comfortable and was very well taken care of. And the dress selection.... AMAZING. I found my dress and I could not be happier. Everyone was so friendly and all of the consultants oooed and ahhed me; it made me feel so special! I highly recommend Premiere Couture!

I m giving this a one star only because I needed to rate something in order to comment. I always like to shop small and I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, however after this most recent experience, I will NEVER shop at this store again. The problems with this shop started last year. I came to the store with my friend and her daughter to look for prom dresses. I will definitely give praise where praise is due. There was quite a large selection and prices were fair. The staff was very welcoming. She found a dress last year that she really liked and was beautiful. The zipper was broken so it was discounted and was buy as is . The lady put it on her without being able to zip it up due to the broken zipper and said it will fit. Later, when she got the alterations to the zipper and put it on, she found out that it wasn t even close to fitting. When addressed about the situation, one of the staff said that she must have gained weight. Luckily, we were able to find a local seamstress who was able to make the dress fit and look beautiful. We decided to give the shop a second chance after the first bad experience. She found the dress of her dreams. The size that she tried on didn t fit, but the associate assured us that the designer of the dress made them larger so she would be safe by ordering one size up from the size she tried on. When the dress came in, we came back to try it on. Not only did it not fit, but she was unable to breathe comfortably. Again, when addressed, the worker came up with plenty of explanations. First, that they can only suggest a size. I find that response to be unacceptable. We came to the boutique and paid the amount of the dress because as people who do this as a profession, I should be able to trust their suggestions. The worker said she would talk to the company and see what they could do. A couple days later, they received a text saying they worked a little magic . When we came back to try it on, it was still extremely tight to the point where you could only notice a small difference, but still uncomfortable to breathe in. She was told to breathe from her stomach, seeing as you re a singer. You can put it on, sit on the couch for awhile and that will help stretch it out. It seemed like no matter what we addressed as concerning, there was always an answer. My friend felt immense pressure to just purchase the dress anyways. Personally, I had to bite my tongue multiple times on how this was handled. The last straw, and the reason I am finally writing this review, happened today. We took the dress to a local boutique to do alterations. The dress, to at least fit comfortably, will have to be opened and revamped in the back by 2 inches. A dress that was bought for well over $500.00 has quickly become much more because of the negligence that this store has shown time and time again. She is a senior this year and all my friend wanted to do was to give her the dress of her dreams. This is far beyond anyone s dreams. As of now, paying the extra money to make the alterations just isn t possible so there is a good chance she won t be going to prom at all. I encourage those who consider buying from this shop to ask lots of questions. To insist on being measured properly and if the person doesn t know what they are doing, to request someone else. Do NOT fall for the excuses.

If you are looking for a personal, no pressure experience, there is no need to look any further than this wonderful boutique. Hands down the best experience that I have had dress shopping. They were so very helpful and had dresses pulled for me when I got there from the feedback that I had provided. Their communication throughout the entire experience was impeccable! I will be recommending Premiere Couture to everyone I know. You will not be disappointed.

Such a wonderful place to look for dresses. My sister got a beautiful wedding dress here yesterday and she had the most wonderful lady named Mary Jo helping her find the perfect dress and they did!! I highly recommend going and checking them out and ask for Mary Jo!! Everyone else on the staff are great too!! I will be going back for my dress!

Absolutely loved my experience! I went here with my 3 yr old daughter, my best friend/maid of honor, and her 4 yr old. We got there an were greeted with kind and happy ppl. They were so nice offering drinks, and snacks, which apon arive we politely declined. They were very good listeners about my wants for a weddind dress, and were mindful of my budget. Halfway through the appt on of the ladies brought us all water and a basket of snacks for the kids to pick one. I found a great dress and had a great experience. I didnt buy because it was my first time and I wanted to see what rlse was out there....well fast forward 2 months and I am going back to by the first dress I put on here. It was so beautiful! I should have just bought it that day. I cant wait got my appt. I also can't thank these ladies enough for making what could have been a terrible experience of shopping with 2 lil girls into a great day, and experience. I will never forget putting the dress on for the first time, and my daughter saying, "Mommy you look beautiful!". That is a treasured memory!

I purchased my wedding dress here in August of 2018 for my September 2019 wedding. The dress was beautiful and have no regrets! During my visit to try on dresses, the staff was helpful and made me feel comfortable. When we ordered my dress, it did take about 8 weeks to get in, not a problem! Between the time of purchasing the dress and getting married, they did send thoughtful cards in the mail thanking me. The only downfall to purchasing here is no in house alterations or cleaning/pressing. I did have to seek that elsewhere. Otherwise, I would absolutely recommend them for your bridal gown shopping!

I could not have asked for a better experience shopping for a wedding gown! Mary Jo was absolutely wonderful! She helped pull dresses she thought I might like and she let us meander and do a bit of shopping ourselves, but she KNOWS the dresses! It was so nice to have someone who knew the stock so well! I would name an element of a dress that I like and she would find it. She was incredibly patient and supportive and just absolutely lovely! The selection at the store was wonderful as well. They had gowns that were within the popular trend, but also gowns that were completely unique, but not so far out I'd feel uncomfortable wearing it. The experience was just wonderful. I would recommend any and every bride I know to take the time to visit this boutique! Premier Couture made my dress shopping experience stress free and so comfortable and I am so grateful! I can't wait to come back with my mom!

Worst experience ever. I was looking online to find a store to buy a dress for my senior prom, and Premiere Couture was popping up everywhere! I looked on their website and saw that they were having a 40% off sale on prom dresses. What could be better than that? They also seemed to have a huge selection from the pictures I have seen. I emailed Laura to set up an appointment, but she said they were booked but I could still come by! I then asked her the price range for prom dresses. She said $200 and up, and mentioned the 40% off sale. I found all of these to be false. My friend and I showed up earlier today (we drove an hour in hoping to find our dream dresses) and were horribly disappointed. We walked in and saw the prom section, found dresses we loved, but then looked at the price tag. We did not find a single dress lower than $348, and most dresses were only 10% off! On top of that, beads were falling off and threads were hanging from the dresses. We were completely misled. There were less than 20 dresses total! We thought that there had to be more, so we went to the other side of the small, cramped store and saw wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses. So in the process of returning to the prom side of the store, a consultant asks if we are here for prom. We say yes and she respondes rudely with "then you should be on that other side of the store", like we were stupid or something. We left within about 15 minutes of entering the store. My friend and I wanted a good experience and to buy a dress. Instead, we wasted half a tank of gas, our time, and money. But we stopped at Dunkin Donuts on the way.. Only good thing about today. That's the only reason this deserved one star.

I was nervous that my discerning daughter would struggle to find "the gown". Wow! We had a really special experience at Premiere Couture! She previously tried gowns on at another boutique and the selection and gown quality at Premiere Couture blew us away compared to that other experience. The warmth, connection and care was comforting and made the experience so much fun! And these consultants know their stuff...Laura expertly guided her to FOUR favorites and then they narrowed it down to her ideal gown with added custom details. We actually had tears when she found the one (starting with my daughter)! Premiere Couture is a gem and a must-shop for every bride. Do not miss the bridal gown experience and the professionals here.

This was the first and only stop I made when looking for a wedding dress. The staff created an intimate and personalized experience for our group. They were super friendly, fun, no pressure, and so helpful in pulling all kinds of dresses until I found the one. Finding the perfect dress felt easy!

I would totally recommend Premier Couture! I worked with Sarah and she was unbelievably patient with me. I had trouble narrowing down my style and went out of her way to pull dresses that me or my crew did not. She even asked another consultant if there were any dresses she might think would work for me. I did not feel pressured to make a decision and she put in the effort to get to know me, my fiance, family, and story. Although I ended up not purchasing my dress here, I would still recommend going to this store. It was an amazing experience!

I was trying on my prom dress and when I mentioned how I felt insecure about how I looked. Upon hearing this, one of the owners said that they have a place in the back where the hit skinny girls who think they are chubby with a stick . What this owner didn t know was that I was in recovery for a significant and long standing health issue, which is why I was so thin. I hope that in the future these owners have more compassion for their clients and that they recognize that they don t know peoples stories, and that they should respect everyone s insecurities, no matter the persons size.

Premiere Couture made purchasing my wedding dress the best possible experience! Not only were they patient and unbelievably kind, but they were also so attentive to my wedding day. With Coronavirus, our plans changed a lot, Premiere Couture checked in with me to see if there was anything they could do to help. They sent a card and small gift after I purchased the dress, steamed my dress before my big day, and sent a special congratulations card after the wedding. They go above and beyond for their clients and I would and have highly recommended them to anyone looking for a dress for a special event. They truly know how to make their clients feel like they are in the best hands possible.

Premiere Couture is a top-notch bridal shop when it comes to customer service. I came in to try on some bridesmaid gowns by myself since the bride, the other bridesmaids, and I all live in separate places. Before I set up my appointment I had given Premiere a list of 10-15 Dessy style numbers via email and they were so kind to get back to me after checking their inventory for every single one! Then, when I went to actually try on, I felt equally as important as a bride shopping for her gown. I wasn't put in some "other" area of the store or pressured to get done by a certain time. My attendant (I thought her name was Elizabeth, but my invoice says MJT? So I'm not sure) was so helpful and kind. Lastly, out of all 5 bridesmaids in the wedding, I ordered mine the latest (in early January for a late May wedding) and mine came in first! All the other bridesmaids ordered from different bridal shops in this area way before me and they barely got theirs in time. Some with no time at all for alterations. I would return to Premiere in a heartbeat for anything wedding-related! They are great!

Husband and I stopped in here just to peek, see what they have. There are beautiful prom and wedding dresses with a small selection of casual dresses. Husband picked a few out for me, only one fit. The sizes there are really limited, especially if you are curvy. There was lovely jewelry available to purchase with salespeople that were just the right amount assistance.

I recently visited this shop with my sister in law who was searching for her perfect wedding dress. We had a large party of sisters for the big day and I could not be more pleased with our experience!! The staff at Premiere Couture was outstanding! Every single associate that we interacted with went out of their way to make sure my sister's day was special but also to make sure that WE had a special, memorable, and delightful experience. My sister in law had MANY many dresses to chose from and she really appreciated that the staff was respectful of her budget. The associate she worked with directly really listened to what she was looking for as far as style, shape, and coverage and in the end she "said yes to the dress" that is absolutely perfect for her big day.
While we were in the store I got to see several young ladies trying on prom dresses and I was impressed with the size and depth of their selection. If I were to get married again or were a bridesmaid, I would absolutely go to Premiere to look for my perfect dress. Customer service above all else was spectacular and enough for me to recommend this dress shop to anyone in the greater Madison area!

I shopped with the ladies at Premiere Couture for my wedding dress and then my bridesmaids dresses. All of the staff are friendly and caring. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My daughter is getting married in September and Premiere Couture was the first (but not only) shop we went to. It's also the last shop we went to.
We returned to Premiere Couture and my daughter has the dress of her dreams and is so happy!
The entire experience at Premiere Couture was excellent. Not once did we feel any pressure. In fact it felt like the staff truly cares about each bride happiness and holds customer service as the guideline for all they do. We will be returning for the bridesmaids dresses.

The dresses were pretty. It was irritating to be put in a dress out of my budget. The lighting in my fitting room was also very poor. The consultant was nice. I went once and didn't go back because of the dress I liked being out of my budget.

The ladies here were super helpful and supportive. I would recommend a stop in to look around. There is a jeweler across the street and a nice little coffee shop next door if you get there too early.

Only place we buy my daughters dresses. They make the girls feel like princesses.

My daughter and I went shopping for a prom dress and had a great experience with the staff. Service was very helpful, but not at all pushy. Prices were reasonable.

This is a great store! I purchased my wedding gown and accessories (veil, hair accessory, etc.) as well as my bridesmaids' dresses at this shop. I have purchased several party dresses here as well. The owners are absolutely delightful and the rest of the staff is superb. I love their new store and will continue to be a dedicated customer!

I had an amazing experience at Premiere Couture! We went there to pick out my sister's wedding dress and ended up getting the bridesmaid dresses there also. The staff was super nice and extremely helpful! It was great going to a place where they knew exactly what they were talking about and knew all of the designers. My sister didn't really know what she was looking for or what style of dress she wanted and they knew exactly what to put her in. When it came to my bridesmaid dress for the wedding they let me look around myself but also gave me some great advice on what would look good on me. I think the coolest thing is that they took a picture of our family with my sister in her wedding dress, printed it off, and gave each of us a copy! So neat, I have never heard of that before! I loved my dress and the whole wedding party looked absolutely fantastic!

The brides dress selection is so much better then the big bridal stores. There so much prettier too. Very helpful staff.

I made an appointment yesterday to kick off my search for my wedding dress. When I first arrived, Laura was very kind to me and handed me over to a consultant who began to pull dresses within my price range. They only had a handful of dresses for me to try and none of them left an impression on me. This however, was NOT the problem. Since it was my first time trying on dresses, I didn't really know what style of dress I was looking for, so I requested to try on dresses outside of my desired price point so that I could get a better idea of what it was I was looking for. I could tell the consultant was reluctant to do so and after pulling a final dress for her to put in the fitting room, she literally rolled her eyes at me. Feeling hurt by her disrespect fullness, I asked her if she was getting frustrated with me and she responded with "well, yes I am." Trying my best not to break down and cry, she rudely proceeded to tell me that I should not be trying on dresses outside of my budget. She then requested that Laura take over the appointment. Thinking that things might be better, Laura helped me into another dress. During this time she explained that the reason they didnt want me trying on dresses outside of my price point was because they didnt want bad reviews saying that they put me in dresses that were not in my price range. I told her I understood that but her consultant had no reason to roll her eyes at me and be so disrespectful, not to mention I was requesting these dressing. They were not forcing me into them. Laura continued on with a forced kindness for someone being tolerated and never once apologized for the way I was treated. Once she had the dresses fastened, she was swinging open the curtain before I even had a chance to look in the mirror, making me feel as though she was ready for me to get it over with. The funny thing is, is that my mother was there and kept saying that we didnt need to worry about the price and if I would have found the perfect dress, I would have bought it. The price I gave was what I felt was reasonable. I would have left the shop right away if I hadnt driven an hour to get there and what should have been one of the most exciting moments in planning my wedding was a terrible experience. I recommend that you avoid this shop when looking for your dress. It doesnt matter if ten brides before me were treated kindly and I was the only one they were rude to. I feel I'm a very laid back and easy going person and they left me fighting tears on the way home. No one should experience that when shopping for their wedding dress.

110% recommend finding your dream dress at Premiere Couture! Mary Jo made me feel so comfortable and welcomed throughout the whole process! I could not have asked for a better experience!
