Wonderful Limo Service! They were so helpful with booking our limo for our wedding. The driver was amazing, so positive and reassuring! I would highly recommend!

I was driving leaving the Airport in the left lane then their car passed me suddenly and the driver try to hit me and did the middle finger in a rude way. I talked to the company manager, she said she can not tell me what she did with the driver but what the driver did is not safety. They supposed to have GPS in the bus ti see what happened, if they did not have GPS so they are not require to be a public transportation, because it is not safe for any passenger.

Premier Transportation was extremely easy to work with as I used them for guest transportation to and from my wedding! They are super professional and responsive!

For my rehearsal dinner I got the 31 passenger bus and it was spotless and so nice. The driver arrived at our hotel 45 minutes before departure time and didn t rush us and was so professional. He picked us up from the Hyatt Regency and took us to Lake Ray Hubbard and took us down side streets to let us enjoy the ride for as long as possible before we needed to get to Lake Ray Hubbard. He got us there 15 minutes before we needed to get there, which was great and pulled up dock side to allow people to get off the bus and board a boat.

Luckily, Premier still had a 6 person limo a month before our wedding day to serve as our getaway car. The limo driver arrived right on time and had a bottle of wine waiting for us! We were so exhausted on the way home, but the limo driver was very polite. The price of the limo was about average, but that's expected. The customer service for Premier is amazing! I would highly suggest Premier for anyone who would like to rent a limo!

Idiot Asian driver cutting people off, almost side swipes other vehicle and giving the finger after. What kind of drivers do you hire?

The cleanest suv I've been in. The driver Thomas was very respectful and corteus. We got pkd up in Ft Worth went to concert AAC and brought us back home definitely using them again and recommend to any one awesome company.

As one of their affiliates, Premier is a company that really care about their clients, Drivers, staff and affiliates. The beauty about Primer, They are on top of their business 24/7. Their staff are Pro. I strongly recommend premier because their name is all about quality, not just the ride.

THANK YOU for your transportation services last Friday for my daughter s wedding. Scott did a great job; he was timely, patient and accommodating. We really enjoyed the Limo Bus, basically having a sit-down party on the way back to the reception space. The texts were very helpful in keeping the party informed and on time. We were getting married about an hour outside of Dallas and we wanted to provide transportation for our out-of-town guests. We also need limos to take the bridal party to the venue and a get-away car. Laurie at Premiere Transportation was wonderful in coordinating the different types of transportation we needed for our wedding. All of the vehicles arrived on time, were clean, and the drivers were all so nice! If you are looking for wedding transportation, definitely call Laurie at Premiere Transportation!

Premier did a fantastic job shuttling our guests on our wedding day! We got several comments from guests about how nice the driver was and how much they appreciated not having to drive to our venue, which was about 30 minutes outside the city. Thank you for an excellent job!

I ll never use this company again. Was double billed when the driver had us pay at the terminal, only to have a duplicate charge ran on my credit card 3 days later. SCAM!

We chartered a Premier bus for a weekend couples trip to Memphis in May in Memphis, TN. Our driver, COREY, was fantastic and very professional. I highly recommend them for you next bus trip.

Premier Transportation Services is so AWESOME!

Laurie, made the booking process so easy! We communicated mainly through email, and she was able to answer all my questions and specific requests before the deposit. I'm so glad they were very patient with me, because I was planning a business event with about 50 people and I had specific details that I needed to address. They are very detailed when it comes reserving and booking, Laurie, was so helpful.

After booking and the initial deposit; getting closer to the date event, Premier Transportation would send me multiple emails of confirmations and reminders about the event. So they were really committed with their services.

On the day of, I received a reminder call from the driver himself- Jaques. The bus arrived and it was beautiful. Perfect for our theme event. The bus seems like new and modern, really nice inside. Everyone and I was extremely impressed! Its a bus but with a conservative party-bus feel to it haha. I booked the all black coach bus, which I requested for black leather seats. There were blue lights inside, the seats were comfy and didn't stink at all lol

Jaques the driver was phenomenal! He's a very skilled driver, so accommodating and patient with us. We're lucky to have him as our driver. They shared me his phone number so, communicating was very easy. He responds quickly through texts and phone call throughout the night.

Overall, the experience and quality of service and product was beyond our expectation. I'm looking forward to booking with you guys in the near future!

Premier took excellent care of my parents when they visited from New England -- they got them from and to the airport safely and swiftly. Their drivers were kind, skilled and early (something my parents especially appreciated!) . I've used Premier to take me and friends to events at AT&T in the past as well. I'm picky about transportation services, have a lived in a few large metro areas, and Premier is probably the best company I've ever dealt with. I recommend them highly for everything from airport transfers to entire evenings out. A+

I have used Premier Transportation twice now for 2 special occasion parties, and I have been very happy with the level of service both times! I have been disappointed in the past with other companies (car breaking down, being left at a venue, etc), but not with Premier. They provide the highest level service, are extremely professional, highly communicative in what they are providing and reminders, and our driver this last time was excellent. I plan to request Douglas the next tine I need a transportation service.

Amazing. After most of the planning for a large wedding, the transportation for us was complex... 60 out of town guests and my emails and phone calls were numerous. Laurie was fabulous and so patient to make sure we have the perfect experience. I will never use another company. If they can get this correct, with the wonderful communication and drivers, they can do it all. GREAT job team!

On 1/20/2015 at the airport Terminal A, Entry A15, Level 3 Parking Garage I've gotten door dinged by one of Premier Limousine Drivers/Greeters. I was sitting in my vehicle and felt hit by someone or something. I looked at my passenger side view mirror and noticed a person with an opened door right next to my door. By the time I exited my vehicle and was ready to confront the driver, the actual person, the Greeter, had left the scene. I approached the driver, Richard C., and showed him the damage by exactly lining up his rear driver side door to my rear passenger door. He apologized and gave me his name and company information and told me to call the company directly to find out who the "Greeter" is and file a claim. I didn't insist him staying with me since he had client that he needed to drive. Upon contacting the company, I was put in touch with Corey W., the Accounting Manager. He took my information down and assured that this claim will be settled as soon as they have spoken to the Greeter, who did not even have the decency to apologize for what he did. The next day when I called Premier Limousine, I was advised to talk to Todd D., the fleet manager, which in my opinion is not a nice person to deal with at all. On the other hand Corey W. was very understanding and helpful at first.

Long story short, after initially meeting with me, inspecting the vehicle, taking responsibility of the claim, obtaining two estimates from different dealerships, and given me the runaround for about a week, Todd D, Fleet Manager, has decided to turn this claim down. Instead of settling this minor claim, he's presenting falsified statements and wants me to file it through my insurance.

I understand that I myself am just a small limousine service company but that doesn't mean that you're entitled to treat me with disrespect and give me the runaround.

An official police report with DFW Police has been filed. I'm very disappointed in how unprofessional and poorly Todd D. has handled this matter.

I ask Eric D., President of Premier Limousine, that is this how he build his empire by depriving others from their right and their compensation?

I have worked with Premier Transportation professionally for 10 years. I use them for a team of Executives that travel all over the United States. Premier is reliable, dependable, punctual, and always very professional. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a first class company to do business with.

Inconsistent pricing practices- seemingly arbitrary. Don t let them mislead you with their one hour minimum ...they don t practice what they advertise.

I've used many services in the area and this one is without a doubt the best. Always on time (if not early) and very professional. You are texted ahead of time with driver name and license plate and the driver keeps track of your schedule for you. They are also safe - so far, every driver has refrained from texting while driving.

We had a fantastic experience with Premier for our wedding in February! They provided a party limo bus for our wedding party from Coppell to downtown Dallas, as well as a charter bus for guests from a hotel to downtown. The buses were very clean and we enjoyed the music + lighting features in our bus on the way downtown. Drivers were kind and extremely professional. They were at least 30 min early and ready to go when we were. Definitely recommend!

This was our second time using Premier Transportation for our corporate event. To be honest I don't see why that would change. Christopher was our chauffer and he was great! Very polite, arrived before our pickup time to ensure we were there on time. He was courteous and took to our request to stop at Buc-ee's on our way to Houston. I would definitely recommend Premier Transportation and would give them 10 stars!!

If there was a higher rating I would give it more. These guys are very professional and humble. We used their services all week for medical purposes and am so glad that we found out about them. Mr Charles Holmes was our favorite by far we are very glad to of been graced with him and his awesome stories. He kept us entertained and made our stay in Dallas very pleasurable. Thank you so much for the staff that you guys employ we will be using this service every time that we visit the area.

Absolute WORST experience I've ever had. I have used many limo services over the years and never have I EVER felt so cheated and disrespected. They charge you for all kinds of extra fees and even if you try to discuss it with them they just tell you there is "no arguing the charges" because its your word against theirs. WORST LIMO SERVICE EVER. the bus we purchased showed up with a wobbly table leg and we were charged $365 to Replace it. AFTER telling the driver the table was wobbly. we were in the bus a total of 30 minutes and were charged a total of $1000. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING

We often travel to Dallas for corporate events and have been using Premier for over two years now. They are efficient, cost-effective, helpful, on time, and provide us with the service we need. They are our go-to resource for transportation when we have a large group to shuttle back and forth. They make it very easy from long distance!

We used Premier Transportation for my daughter s wedding since most of our guests were from out of town. Our guests raved about the professionalism and service they received.

Just now on two occasions by the same driver I m trying to cross the street he looks at me and drives right in front of me cuts me off and turns. Runs a stop sign both times. I live in apartments at Shops of Legacy I see these vans and buses often they seem to forget that pedestrians have the right of way. This driver just picked up passengers at of Legacy Drive. Not only is this rude it s dangerous..

I can't imagine using any service except Premier. They have always provided courteous, exceptional drivers whose professionalism and promptness take the stress out of any trip to or from the airport. The drivers never complain about what hour of the day or night it is (unlike relatives, sorry) and they are always there when you need them.

Premier Transportation was the best! I reserved 3 different forms of transportation for my son's wedding in Dallas. A mini bus to transport the groomsman to the venue, a coach bus to transport all of our out of town guests to the venue, then a sedan to pick up the newlyweds after the reception and they couldn't have done a better job! All of the drivers were professional and very friendly. The office staff were just as professional and accommodating every time I called to either make a change or confirm something. A special shout out to Marty who was our driver on the Coach Bus who had to put up with all of our singing on the ride back from the wedding!!!! I would definitely recommend Premier for all of your transportation needs.
