I met this Dr V. Seshadri, was a little nervous and apprehensive about going, I found him to be very caring, too plenty of time with me and answered every one of my questions. So I would say to anyone, just go in, meet him and I was very pleased.
Bad Company to work for. They will make you work tell your relief shows up sometimes that's over 16 hours. And when you try to call corporate nobody ever gets back to you.
Worse job ever you fighting for hours DO NOT WORK FOR THEM !!!!!! I REPEAT WORSE JOB EVER
Overall a good company we use them at a few locations and have been pleased overall, given my previous experience with other security guard vendors in Chicago they are the gold standard.
The best thing to ever happen to me was to be terminated from this job lol. I don't understand how in one year I can make it as a human resource manager elsewhere, but was kept as a security guard for so long. One thing this company is very bad at is talent evaluation. I have seen many people leave this company who happen to be flourishing and flying high with other companies. The problem is widespread. I often times worked for Directors who I rarely saw. Every site without a director suffers from having supervisors who can not reprimand employees due to the union labor laws. An employee on hourly salary and also in the union cannot discipline another hourly union worker. When you have employees who do not fear repercussions from an assistant manager and manager, than the entire integrity of a company is threatened as well as its reputation. If you are a potential client, please do your due diligence in scrutinizing who they hire to work your site. These will be the face of your organization and hold these directors accountable for their lack of attention once a contract is obtained. A company should not be satisfied with merely obtaining a client, but do their part in retaining one by hiring only the best people while retaining and rewarding good employees. Don't consider someone qualified simply for having a perc card.
Every time we use Premier Security for a location we have had great experiences. The professionalism of the staff is refreshing, the uniforms always look sharp and well taken care of which i assume is a reflection of the training program. There are the occasional issues with a disgruntled employee however management is always quick to work with the site and find a solution. I have read some of the other reviews and was motivated to give my opinion on this company they truly do provide a much higher level security program than the others in this market. We went through 3 different companies in the past at various locations and the turn over was high and management was not accountable for any of the common issues like billing errors, scheduling problems etc. In my opinion Premier Security is the best security vendor in Chicago hands down if you are looking for a budget vendor Premier may not be right for you however if you are looking for exemplary service with accountable management i would recommend my friends at Premier Security.
I worked at a Schaumburg il account for a couple years and I personally loved my job ,location, and team mates we did go through some site supervisor for growth reasons , meaning .....they wanted to move on ....yes they do have lots of respect for their clients and will move you etc if it's an issue ...Clients first lol and they do post checks ....seems like alot and sometimes seems to picky but all those things are to keep the client happy so it is what it is I moved and gave my notice but it was a enjoyable experience .
Premier Security manages the security in the building my company leases space the officer in the lobby is alway very helpful and considerate. a refreshing change from the last company that was in our building.
