Great place, work well/fast to complete closing requirements during this busy time.

We recently refinanced our business. The closing was done through County Land & Title. We know that our business is protected because of the work that County Land & Title did PRIOR to us signing any documents. Once we got to the closing, everything flowed very smoothly. The documents were all in order and explained to us at each step. It brings us great peace of mind to know that everything was researched and put into place prior to the closing. I would not recommend purchasing any piece of real estate prior to having County Land & Title do their work on it. It can save you a lot of money and hassel in the end.
