If you want a property manager that doesn't care about the well-being of the building or the people who live in it, then you should hire Patrick Colbert. Patrick DOES NOT CARE ABOUT any of the requests from the owners. We have asked him to ensure the AC would be working back in March 2020 because our building always seems to have issues with the AC for the past 6 years. We always end up in the middle of June when it is 90 degrees out with no AC. Patrick has failed to do this for the past 6 years. We have given him chance after chance and I sit here on 06/04/2020 on a 90 degree day with no AC. Please do your building and your owners a favor and do not hire Patrick. He has proven multiple times he doesn't care about the building, doesn't care about the people living in the building and only cares about the money he is making. Don't make the mistake we made by hiring Patrick.

I recently had an issue in a property managed by them where I had invited an airbnb guest to my place. They were enforcing the rules of the building when a fine had been levied on me. I thought they would not respond on time to address my issue. On the contrary, they are helping me resolve the issue with promptness. I hope to be on good terms with them in the future too.

Currently living in a building managed by them in Back Bay and no complaints thus far. The move in process was very easy and they were very welcoming, and gave me an in depth tour of the whole building. It s overall a very safe and clean building - I m happy to live here to have found an apartment I completely love

Do not believe the obviously fake 5 star reviews. They do not maintain their buildings at all. Very shady company with the worst service imaginable. Unbelievable. Do not ever rent or buy property associated with this company. Just look on yelp to see real reviews; many people have had to take legal action and I am going to do the same.

Premier has managed a condo building I live in for the past 5 years and their service has been impeccable. Their staff is really knowledgeable and always answers quickly when I call with a question or issue. They stay on top of the building, which is great because it s an older building in Fenway. The condo is always kept clean and running smoothly. Thanks for the hard work Premier.

I live in a building managed by Premier and my new assigned property manager is the by far the best property manager I've had in 20 years of condo living. She is knowledgable, professional, and always gets back to me in a timely manner. We know being a property manager is a tough job, but Premier's staff is always exceptionally kind & friendly no matter what the situation is.

We live in New York and own several investment properties in Boston. We had several property managers during the last 7 years and Premier has without a doubt has been the best one. Our assigned property manager is very diligent, engaging, amazing at problem-solving. It's clear he has a lot of experience and is passionate about his job, which is exactly what we wanted. We needed someone who genuinely cared about our property as if it was their own, and that is exactly what we found with Premier. After trying so many different property managers we finally stumbled on one that is as close to perfect as we could ask for. They recently helped my husband & I find the exact apartment we were looking for in Boston & it was right in our price range. Premier has been managing a building I own in Fenway for just over a year now, and so far it has been an incredible experience, their team has been very supportive and helpful throughout the years. They manage the property with a strong attention to detail, which I truly appreciate most. I overall appreciate their managerial skills and very informative way of running operations, they always keep me in the loop and let me know what's going on! Very professional and accommodating company. I would happily recommend PPS to anyone looking for a property manager, they really know what they are doing.

I had the pleasure of living in a building managed by premier the last 4 years and it was a wonderful experience. Unfortunately I had to relocate this September and will miss living in the back bay. Overall this is a quality property management company. As a former tenant in one of their buildings, I can t say enough great things about this company as a whole. If you re looking for a property management company, I highly recommend Premier Property Solutions.

UPDATED: This management company is taking care of our building and all I want to say is that the service they provide is TERRIBLE!!! It takes days for anyone to respond to an email or to get a call back. When things are broken in the building, it takes day to get things fixed. For example: Our building had a hot water issue, 77 units in the building, it took them over a week to get this resolved. They said the company needed a certain part, but everything these days can be shipped overnight, so why did it take that long? They will also bring in their own company to fix things and the quotes are double than an independent company. There are other reasons, like the people that work there, but I will not go into these details. Bottom line is, this company is terrible, so stay away and don't give them your business.....EDIT: OUR BUILDING HAS A NEW BOARD OF TRUSTEES. WITH THAT SAID, PPS IS DOING A GREAT JOB TAKING CARE OF OUR ISSUES IN A TIMLY MANNER. IT SEEMS THAT THE ISSUES THAT WE PREVIOUSLY HAD WAS BECAUSE OF THE OLD BOARD OF TRUSTEES and NOT BECAUSE OF PPS. I HAD TO ADD THIS UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW SINCE PPS WAS NOT TO BLAME FOR THE PREVIOUS ISSUES.

Premier s property managers are easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the entire property management and leasing industry. They have been going above and beyond the last 4 years in the managing of my 3 apartment associations.

I find it peculiar that the recent reviews of this corporation have also reviewed, "Water's Edge Appartments." Seems like fake reviews to improve their star rating to me, but I'm no expert.

I won't EVER rent a property from these clowns again. I lived at 211 park for almost three whole years. Multiple times had the people above me flooded my apartment. When they showered, my ceiling would fall down. When they clogged their toilet, my ceiling would fall down. When anything happened I would call maintenance, and usually they would respond and "fix" something. They do not maintain their buildings. Whenever my ceiling fell down the management company would tell the maintenance man to cover it up. Literally cover it up. There was a recessed ceiling in my unit to cover the damages done to the plaster and lath over time. I have no grudges with the maintenance men. They only do what they're told to do. They are very nice men. I even made one of them lunch once as he was ACTUALLY fixing the problem (honestly I never saw him again so I think PPS fired him or something for doing it. I'm not sure, it's just speculation). After it was actually fixed, and he caulked I had no issues until valentine's day 2016. On February 14, 2016 around 7:30 am while it was roughly -10 degrees Fahrenheit I awoke to my fire alarm going off. I stepped out of bed in a daze, walked into the foyer to notice the AMAZON RAIN FOREST HAD PAID ME A VISIT. The irony of WATER COMING OUT OF MY FIRE ALARM was unfathomable. A pipe burst two floors up. Immediately I called the emergency line and NOBODY ANSWERED. I called multiple times. After hearing that the neighbors upstairs called the fire department I immediately started bailing water into the tub. It was coming down EVERYWHERE. The foyer, the bathroom, the kitchen, my bedroom. Now, I understand that it was an act of god, and nobody can control when a pipe wants to burst. I completely understand that. What is absolutely deplorable and completely unforgivable is how the management company handled it. Within minutes of the maintenance men getting there (2 hours after the fire department got there and shut the water off) I was hearing chatter from the phone about LAWYERS. I felt like they didn't care about me. It was like all that they cared about was how much it was going to cost them, and couldn't care less about the fact that in one day I BECAME HOMELESS. They promised me reimbursement for the hotel, and "offered it". There's one thing you must know when dealing with premier property solutions, there is ALWAYS a catch.

Honestly, if they showed that they cared about me I wouldn't be so upset, but they don't. I'm an understanding man. Here's an example. I tried making an appointment to hand in the keys and sign any papers that needed to be signed, and swiftly met the message, "The lawyer will respond to you today." All I wanted to do was be rid of them, and they wouldn't even give me enough respect as a human being to let me give them my keys, shake hands, and part ways. I had to give them to a lawyer.

ONLY CHOOSE THIS COMPANY IF NO OTHER OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE.

worst company in Boston. the five star reviews are probably from their own people, who decide to make the review look nicer so that new people will try to use them. Trust me, no one will use them again after they tried. They just care about money. they never fix any thing. i hired a private electrician to fix my heat. Isn't it hilarious?

Lived at one of the Premier properties managed in Fenway from 2018-2020 and I can easily say it has been such a good experience for me. Kevin R. (who was the property manager for my building) was very prompt in replies to both emails/calls when we had any issues or inquiries even after-hours which honestly is rare and impressive for property managers. On top of that, the building itself was very well maintained with cleaners/landscapers coming regularly and also secure. Never witnessed any packages being stolen/mail being opened which again is rare for Fenway. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews as I myself am a picky person and I was happy with the way my building was being managed (perhaps just scornful tenants?).

Overall being the first apartment I've ever rented, I can say that now say I have very high expectations for property managers in the future. Thanks Premier!!

My new apartment in Back Bay is unbelievably beautiful. I rarely write reviews, but I was so blown away and happy with my new place. It was clean and modern when I moved in, new appliances and new windows and everything. Not one scratch on the floor or paint chip on the wall to be found. It was clear the property managers truly care about the property and got it ready for me with due diligence. This was a breath of fresh air, considering many of the other apartments I saw in Back Bay were more expensive, and full of old/broken down appliances and scratched floors and walls. I feel so lucky to have found this apartment through Premier s real estate agent, and they are managing the property as well. This makes it easy to contact my realtor or property manager without any issues or confusion.

I ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with Premier and I m thankful for what they provide in terms of service, timeliness, professionalism, and rapid responses. I ve dealt with numerous property managers at the Boston office, and no matter the situation they were always attentive, courteous, and wanted to get whatever the issue was fixed quick. I have even paid my rent in person a few times, and the receptionist had a positive attitude and was genuine.

I have been renting one of their units in Back Bay for the last few years and absolutely love where I love, it's a quiet and safe neighborhood and the location is ideal right near the public garden. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a real estate agent or property manager.

I feel very fortunate to live in a building managed by Premier. Have been living in this unit for 5 years now and never had any major issues, up until a week ago there was a plumbing issue in my bathroom. I was impressed by how quickly and professionally their management team handled it, within an hour of getting off the phone they already had someone at my apartment inspecting the issue, and it was resolved by the end of the day. They overall have kept the building always running smoothly, well maintenanced, clean, and safe.

While working with Premier over the years as a Trustee of a 144 unit complex, and through all the transitions of ownership and property managers, I have to say that working specifically with Robert DeGirolamo as the most recent property manager; has been the best experience to date! We have never before seen a face to the company in the capacity we do now. Robert attends all of our meetings and does his best to get back to us in a timely manner on any PPS issues. While some things may still be out of his control, he seems as committed as he can be. He is always pleasant and is very knowledgeable in Condo living laws; practices; and procedures.

Slumlords! Horrible property management. They never did anything to alleviate issues such as leaky plumbing or plaster falling from the walls and ceiling. When I moved out they sent me a check for less than as dollar as security return even though it was cleaner than when moved in!

Compared to other property management companies in Boston, their service and management fees are reasonable. Finding an affordable yet trustworthy property management company was hard, but Premier Property has gone above and beyond to keep our building in exceptional condition. They are easy to get into contact with and are always available to help. It took years of searching, but our building is finally being properly managed and for a fair price. I highly recommend leasing from any of Premier s properties if you're searching for a team of experienced and reputable property managers. They are passionate and good at what they do.

Absolute criminals, by all means. I had the misfortune of living in an apartment on park drive, where I was charged within the same range as luxury buildings in Fenway with vastly poorer service. I was charged a $400 expense for a maintenance request that I never filed and that was never completed. One of the days water was leaking through the ceilings in the lobby and when I contacted management, they failed to have any response (until the fire department came). TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DEFINITELY AVOID!

My roommate and I have nothing but great things to say about Premier Property Solutions. Without a doubt, they are the best property management company in Boston. They have managed the last 2 buildings I live in, and I never had any major problems. Their staff is super friendly and quick to provide service with anything we could possibly need or ask for. We live in a fairly new apartment with brand new amenities, so we rarely have issues, but if we do, Premier s staff is extremely receptive and immediately fixes the issues. Our toilet was flushing in a delayed manner last month, and when my roommate called Premier sent someone up literally right away and they had the problem fixed within ten minutes. We were really blown away and appreciate of their service. If you re looking for an apartment anywhere in Boston, getting one through Premier is a great choice. We always go through their real estate office and their realtors find exactly what we are looking for.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, negligent and unethical. Worst condo management company ever. Never responded to emails or calls. Property manager turnover is ridiculous, without any notice to us of change. Even the President and Vice President are unreliable and unresponsive. Once we finally found a much better company, they refused to turn over our bank accounts and financial statements, and continued to charge a management fee. Avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid this company at all costs. Dealing with PPS has been an absolute nightmare. Horrible communication, late delivering rent owed, extremely shoddy repairs, and unprofessional in every sense of the word.

For an accurate picture of this company I urge you to look on yelp. This company being rated this high on google is in no way, shape, or form indicative of PPS. If you are looking for a property management company to handle your rental property, look elsewhere.

I live in a condo managed by Premier near Fenway, and its been a great experience so far. They helped me throughout the entire leasing process in Boston and made it a lot less stressful. They found the exact condo size and location I was looking for. Their property managers keep up with the buildings maintenance properly and overall I've never had an issue or problem with them.

Very professional atmosphere, really nice people 5/5 overall

We continue to be disappointed with the service provided. Many unanswered or very delayed response time to complaints. Ex: It's been 2.5 days since I've notified them of a broken toilet and still no one has come by the apartment to fix it. I've sent 2 emails and called 1 time, still to no avail even after being promised that someone would come by. It's also been almost six months since I first told them about a bathroom mold issue; I'm finally being told the fan will be replaced "soon" and maybe they will simply paint over the existing ceiling mold again as they apparently did a couple of years ago. The few serious items they did fix took many weeks so no compliments on things they were able to achieve. Terrible service deserves a terrible review.

After 6 long and stressful months managing my own condo units without success, I began to consider hiring a property management company. I'm very happy I found Premier. Their property managers visited my condo units and gave great recommendations, and fully took care of the painting and repairs that were necessary to get good tenants. Also everything was reasonably priced, especially compared to other quote I got from other Boston companies. Premier's property managers really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and most importantly they were able to find high quality tenants in less than 20 days! I look forward to continue having them manage my units. They made the process of property management much easier and more affordable than I thought it would be, and helped me get my condo units to turn an actual profit

I'm surprised to see other negative reviews for this management company based on isolated circumstances, but I just wanted to share my experience. Premier Property Solutions has been managing my building since I moved in last September, and I was immediately impressed by how well they maintained the building. Premier stops problems before they even arise, and dealing with their employees has always been a pleasant experience. Their managers are always attentive and maintain the building well, which makes living here comfortable.

I give 1 star as I cannot give zero. Worse management ever, my windows were broken at lease signoff they promised to fixed them and they took their word back. I had to fight to get the windows fixed before Boston winter. They deny your requests as a tenant, I stayed with no hit no access to laundry for a month!!!! They do not know how to collect the lease OMG seriously, they do a bad job and then they send a nice email please pay or i will send LEGAL. I told them please check your account as you seem not to know how to manage a property!!!! I am so disappointed. I am a director a service and if my company ever provide such quality of service we will be out of market!! so RUN!!!!!!

They have been managing multiple units I own throughout Boston for the last 5 years and they have done an excellent job taking care of my units, it's always at 100% capacity with responsible/qualified tenants and the units are always taken care of.

This management company took over managing the apartment building my daughter lived in. She was already moving when they took over but they have not given them back their security deposit. They haven t responded to any certified letters or to any documents sent from the court. It s illegal to withhold a security deposit and not return it within 30 days of move-out. They did the walk through with them. Still have not paid security. My daughter moved in August.

I am the trustee of a small condo association in Back Bay and since Premier has taken over from our old management company, our building is managed with much more care and professionalism. After switching management companies, the quality of our association has drastically improved. Light bulbs in the hallways never burn out, the trash is always taken out on time, and the common areas and elevators are absolutely spotless. Due to the quality upkeep, only minor maintenance problems have occurred, however Premier's property managers are always reachable and take care of any issues promptly.

I never post review until today. This company is an absolute nightmare. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING!!! I mean ANYTHING!!!! No matter what happens to your building or your room, they never response to you or solve your issue. I am only giving one star to post this review or else I wouldn't even leave a star. Ever since Premier has managed my building the condo association has been in excellent condition. The building is always cleaned and tenants receive quick repsonses for maintenance calls. They always keep me updated on any issues or progress, and overall make the ownership process extremely easy and enjoyable.

They are one of Boston's best property management companies, and are extremely well-versed in the real estate industry. I am always impressed with their smooth management style, and how well-maintained they keep my condo association near the Fenway neighborhood. I haven't had any major maintenance issues even though I have been in the building managed by them for almost 4 years. I've only had minor leaks, however they had the problem fixed the next day. This company manages a condo association I own in Back Bay, and switching to their property management team was one of the best decisions I ever made. My property management before was lackadaiscal and unorganized. Premier makes the process of owning the building extremely easy and stress free, I always trust that they are taking great care of the building and my tenants. The buildings maintenance is diligent and all common areas and elevators are kept spotless clean.

What a wonderful experience working with Premier has been! Finding an apartment is a tedious and tiring task, especially in Boston where the buildings tend to be really old and falling apart, yet outrageously expensive. I worked with one of Premier s real estate agents, and they were super patient with helping me find an apartment that not only fit my price range but that I was actually happy to live in. I didn t want ally views or outdated appliances, but also wasn t working with a huge budget. They finally found me a one bedroom I totally love in the South End, and I ve been here for 2 months now. The building is also managed very professionally, and I never need to worry about long maintenance waits or dirty hallways and elevators. Thank you Premier!

They even re-painted the unit before I moved in (to a specific color I requested) and did some other changes which I really appreciated. The place was professionally cleaned when I moved in, and it's also a great price for the location in Back Bay. I would definitely recommend working with them if you're looking for a rental in Boston :)

Premier is a horrible management company. Our apartment wall flooded and molded due to a burst pipe in the winter, we spent 3 months without drywall and exposed brick in a freezing bedroom with unresponsive at worst, slow at best communication with them. Do not live in a premier managed apartment, unless your only other option is an Alpha managed apartment

So I've been living in a building managed by Premier Property Solutions for 4 years. I've been beyond satisfied with the experience, and I love how quickly their property managers will respond to questions. The building is in well-maintained condition so I have only had minor maintenance problems. Their property managers were so helpful, they even helped me replace a few light fixtures I couldn't reach once. They also made occasional upgrades to the building, like a new water heater, modern light fixtures and new doorknobs.

I would seriously consider looking elsewhere for apartments/management. Having rented with many people in the city this company is by far the worst. They enter your apartment unwarranted, are unable to get a hold of, and keep your security deposit. I was guaranteed to get my security deposit back by the end of Sept. after I moved out in August. It is now November and still nothing. I m usually a very patient person but this company is bad news. When they took over my building at the end of my lease it all started going downhill hence why I moved out. Half the units in my building were vacant because word is already spreading how horrible they are. Proceed signing a lease with caution. Many better places and companies out there. Good luck!

I have lived in a building managed by Premier for the last few years and have had nothing but great experiences with them. Whenever I have issues they go above and beyond to fix the problem, and usually leave me way better than I was before. When my fan in the bathroom stopped working, they had a property manager over within a few days and replaced it with a fan that was even more powerful than my last one. And when my track lights stopped working, they replaced them with even more modern lights and more/better quality lighting. They also take great care of the building and it's always well-kept and clean. I look forward to continue living here and appreciate how great they are! I had experiences with a terrible property management company before moving here which just makes me appreciate Premier even more.

Currently living in a building managed by Premier & so far no issues at all. The building's maintenance is great. It's a very private, quiet, and safe building in Back Bay. Move in process was simple and breezy. Would definitely live in a building managed by them again in the future, and most likely will be renewing my lease for many years to come

Recently moved into a building managed by Premier, they also rented the unit to me, and I was truly blown away with their service. They were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and really wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with the unit. The location in Back Bay is prime and the building is always maintained well and kept safe. They painted the walls the exact color I requested, deep cleaned the apartment, and refinished the floors for me when I moved in. Also the maintenance team was great and very helpful, they even hung up the curtains I bought because the ceilings are over 10 feet snd I didn't have a ladder. I really appreciate all the work they put in and already want to renew the lease because I love my place

I moved into a building managed by Premier last year and really was blown away by how clean and modern everything was. The apartment was scrubbed from floor to ceiling and looked like it hadn t even been lived in. There was not one complaint to be had. The kitchen had recently updated appliances and the bathroom and light fixtures were modern as well. The apartment s price is very reasonable for the neighborhood I m in, and their maintenance workers are super friendly and even made it a point to introduce themselves the day I moved in. Since I ve been here I ve barely had any maintenance issues except for the typical house issues, like a light bulb going out. Their staff answered my call quickly and had the issues resolved in a few hours. Thank you Premier!! Keep up the great work.

Before Premier Property Solutions managed my building/association, I was constantly dealing with poor management and unresponsive employees who neglected their job. When Premier took over our building last year, I was impressed with their smooth management style. Our building is always well maintained and if there is ever an issue, they somehow find a solution right away. Their employees have always been respectful and immediately fix any issues or answer any questions that come up.
