We continue to be disappointed with the service provided. Many unanswered or very delayed response time to complaints. Ex: It's been 2.5 days since I've notified them of a broken toilet and still no one has come by the apartment to fix it. I've sent 2 emails and called 1 time, still to no avail even after being promised that someone would come by. It's also been almost six months since I first told them about a bathroom mold issue; I'm finally being told the fan will be replaced "soon" and maybe they will simply paint over the existing ceiling mold again as they apparently did a couple of years ago. The few serious items they did fix took many weeks so no compliments on things they were able to achieve. Terrible service deserves a terrible review.
