Well located with access to shopping centers. At the restaurant, etc ... The rooms are ok and quiet. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room. In the hotel there is a bakery, breads and pastries made on site.

I have stayed here every time I have been in Kyiv. It's a great hotel - staff is a wonderful!

a top notch Russian owned hotel usually frequented by Russian or foreigners. You will a bit here like in classy hotel in Soviet Union runned by top oligarchs.

Clean and very comfortable place. Staff was very friendly and they do speak English flawlessly.

Very peculiar service for the hotel, which considers itself five-star. Good service at the reception and in the rooms conflicts with the collective farm in the lobby bar and restaurants. Probably there are different owners. However, this is not correct.

The network itself may be quite good, but in another hotel of the chain, after 3 months I decided to raise the price 10 times referring to technical problems.

High level hotel. I found myself very well. The swimming pool is very beautiful. Perhaps a little expensive breakfast which was not included but can be considered a brunch. If I go back to kyiv, I will definitely come back. Friendly, polite and helpful staff members. I advise.

We were organizing an international conference there, and I would say that everything was pretty good, however minor problems happened. Nevertheless, all our guests enjoyed the hotel, food and the conference itself. For this reason I can recommend the place. Nevertheless, never ask the receptionist to order you a taxi as their prices are too high.

Chic hotel. Europeans really like it, but the prices are for rich Europeans. Delicious cuisine, polite staff. Nearby (25 meters) is a Japanese restaurant with delicious cuisine.

Traveled on business and hotel was exceptional. Service was impeccable, staff around every corner going above and beyond. Best part was everyone apple English which made the stay stress-free. Yes the prices are high, but you get what you pay for. This is no discount hotel. My only negative is the restaurant's duck was slightly overcooked. Otherwise ...exceptional.

In a great location, this fully refurbished Old line Hotel is a great antidote to the usually soulless international brands. Fabulous breakfast brunch buffet is a great way to start your day

The restaurant has unreasonably expensive prices, the cuisine is not tasty, the waiters are very unfriendly. Lick only foreigners. There are lots of better places. Here never again.

The place is beautiful, gorgeous Christmas tree, the son was impressed by the elevator) Were at the light show ... Well, that ... The lights on the suit - in my opinion, this is far from a light show.

I had to be in the conference area of this hotel. Therefore, I can leave an approving comment on the open-air parlor, where the coffee was in conversation between the participants who arrived in advance. In the hall where the meeting was held, I want to note the good acoustics and skillful operators that ensured the trouble-free work of presentation technology. I can without hesitation advise to carry out events here for those who appreciate the professionalism and perfect service.

Y going regularly, very classy place. Pleasant and quiet rooms. Very well placed, everything is within walking distance. Well equipped sports room and very nice bar also for eating on the go. Room service very helpful.
The only problem would be this cold reception, classic for this type of country but hey ... must do it!

5* historical hotel located in city centre (walkable distance from the main street). It's 8 floor building competed in 1909. In this hotel available a few restaurants but my favourite one is in rooftop (open terrace with beautiful view on Kiev). Prices not as high as expected. Lemonade 60 grivnas, coffee around 100 grivnas.
This is must visit if u want luxury experience.

A great place to host our business meetings with YBC for 200 or more people. Always friendly staff, good and high quality buffet. I really like to visit the meetings exactly at this institution!

They make noisy renovation in outdoor yard. Not professional at all !! They should work in a closed area.
They do not respect the working time allowed by the city for the renovation. So it means they make crazy noise till 23.00 and Saturday - Sunday as well.
You should avoid this place... 5 stars hotel with workers working like in underdeveloped country.

This hotel is super fancy, as you'd expect. The breakfast is incredible: they serve a huge selection of continental and Ukrainian foods. The live piano music is a nice plus.
It's huge, so finding your room might prove tricky.

Great stay, the front desk manager blond lady I don t remember her name she is amazing, check me in earlier within issues! Now That s a five star hotel, location is awesome, hotel staff was very helpful, will definitely stay in the future and recommend anyone who is considering.

Beautiful hotel, transparent elevator, there is a conference room. Conveniently hold presentations, with a stage, screen. Near the hall there is a cafe, wardrobe. Nice staff. 3-5 minutes walk from the station Metro Theater. They are waiting for you, they will help solve your problems.

Hotel is very nice and the roof garden is spectacular. Unfortunately I got a very basic small room (single occupancy) as the hotel was all full, with a view of a wall and internal courtyard. Staff very friendly through

Luxury pure at affordable prices. Very friendly and well-trained staff. The highlight was the pool with the jakuzzi and the karaoke bar with the best show in Kiev, namely paradise girls.

Cosy and nice place especially at winter time.
The best plece for relaxing time is pool but at morning hours.Where you can enjoy of a soft music and the sound of water.And of course two types of sauna the Turkish one and the Russian one.All this things together give me more energy and pleasure.
Can't wait the time when I'll be back here...

This hotel is truly splendid. I was there for an international meeting with participants from all over Europe from Japan and the USA, therefore with different needs and tastes. All perfect. I do not like carpeting in hotels, but it was clear there that they were taken care of. Excellent and abundant business lunch and breakfast. Really good gala dinner with great service. Very attentive waiters and as a lady arrived they immediately put a small folding stool on which to place the bag! Nice and decidedly spacious rooms. Bath equally
