I work in this hotel the hotel itself is not bad but the level of protection is tough because important people stop there and the guards come across not quite adequately behaving themselves.

Have nice banquets which makes it a Perfect place for events, exhibitions and parties.......
Rooms are neat and clean, safe and comfortable.....
Staff is very much helpful....

I love PREMIER :) it's a genuine hotel like you don't find so often ... focussed on the details :) in the evening they will double check your room and close the curtains and in the morning you wake up with a good mood ... there is space for peace after a hard days work and in between there are also lot's of things going on which makes it exiting ! When I go to KIEV i must stay at the PREMIER

Excellent hotel in the center of Kiev. Super polite staff, delicious varied breakfasts, excellent spa, I really liked the room (two-room) fresh renovation, everything you need in the room, toys for children, hygiene products.

Cannot recommend as I only went there for a meeting and had tea at their cafes

Room is great and the breakfast is very good and include a variety of Western and Ukrainian options. The plus is live piano music during breakfast.

The hotel is good, the staff is friendly..... But the management is fully corrupted idiots. They should probably go to jail. They have no respect for the value of other people and they think respect is only toward people with huge money.
Don't participate and making their ego bigger, spend your money in more respectful place.

Excellent hotel, but the pillows are too big, so I couldn't sleep at all. Me sure to correct this detail and you will completely enjoy the stay.

Level communication service
There was a problem they gave a slightly smoked room, but without problems they offered several other options to choose from apologizing many times.
The rooms themselves and the interior except the hall are a bit outdated, cosmetics will soon be needed.
Strange, but the room did not have a standard cosmetic set - a toothbrush

My first hotel with underfloor heating. Everything is on the level. Great service. For those who like to save on everything: ordering breakfast in your room is cheaper than going to a restaurant.

She visited the Volkonsky restaurant in the Premier Palace building.
The taste of the dishes is simply unmatched! They took Carbonara paste, Caesar salad with shrimp and ice cream. Prices, of course, are far from cheap here, but the taste of the dishes, the level of service, the atmosphere - all at an altitude. There was one moment, the waitress did not approach us long enough to accept the order, but, I think, it is in order not to burden the guests with their activity ...

Nice quiet pool. But the treadmill belts need to be serviced.

Very nice hotel. Located in the city center. We had a chance to spend few hours in spa center. It is really amazing. Good service, normal prices for such a quality. There are several saunas, swimming pool as well as relax area.
If you want to spend few hours and really relax on your own or with friends, good option to think about.

Sometimes security behaves rude, like they are the owners.

In my opinion this is the best place to stay in the center of Kiev: quiet, calm, beautiful and incredibly comfortable in this hotel! The food here is a gastronomic pleasure, I recommend trying a variety of desserts with cocoa * -))) The hotel is really five-star!
