The best hotel in Kiev! Relaxed atmosphere, great service! The interior is impressive! Great rooms!

Unfortunately, I haven't enough time to visit all services, but from what I've seen - everything is just excellent, except mini bar prices :) That's why 4 stars instead of 5

we went there for a breakfast meeting. waiters are so lousy for that kind of hotel. caferestaurant was empty, but you had to push the button on the table to make them come. cold eggs, cold pancakes. poor talk. tea was not, what i ordered, which is no surprise, considering waiter's attention to our table. how can they allow this in these difficult times? lack of management

The only reason give 4 stars is cause they didn't let me play the piano, otherwise it is an awesome place.

Nice and comfy hotel with a prime location in the heart of Kiev's uptown area. Easy access to metro, buses, taxis, and 5 minutes away from the Maidan area by walking. Food is good but needs a wider variety menu. Generally speaking the hotel is on par with international 5 stars hotels from big firms.

Have stayed in this hotel already a few times. So far experience was and is very positive. Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent Japanese restaurant with good ramen. Breakfast quite extensive with local dishes included. Rooms quite and decorated in old traditional style.
