Premier Palace Hotel Review

Excellent hotel! The front rooms are on a busy road, if you like to have your window open but no noise then ask for an internal room. There is no power plugs next to the bed. Amazing breakfast, bathroom has heated floors, comfortable bed, very clean.

Every year we attend children's New Year's performances. This is a fairytale! The huge Christmas tree itself is beautiful in the hall! Interior decoration! View Level! I recommend both adults and children!

Visited one of the halls (I do not remember the name) at the presentation of products of one Italian company. Very nice atmosphere and lovely staff.

Did not sleep, we had a conference. Decor - everything is expensive, wood, fabrics, expensive chandeliers - I don t like all of this and I have a modern style - loft. But this is an amateur. Therefore, I cannot rate or leave a really necessary review.

Top level hotel in the heart of Kiev. Quality everywhere and very efficient, but not-so-friendly staff. Expensive for Kiev but worth it. Great Wifi.

I have Been to alot of hotels around the world, before I came to Premier Palace hotel, I considered the Ritz Berlin hotel and the Ararat park hyatt in Moscow as best in the world. This hotel is for sure better then all. the Staff, the service and the facilities are over all.

Attend Thomson Reuters. Everything is organized in the highest class. Comfortable navigation inside, separation of zones. Ability to hold events of different magnitude. We did not interfere with the inhabitants, nor did we. Of the drawbacks - when lit, not all the colors on the presentations were adequately transmitted. Perhaps it would be corrected by turning off the light, but did not. Very decent place for presentations, conferences.

Imperial style hotel, amazing service. Room interior a bit heavy. Tasty Japanese restorant. Lobby bar offer rare kinds of coffee. Good spa, pool and saunas.

If you need 5 stars than stay at Hilton down the street. It is way better - better beds, closets, towels, and bathrooms. Quite disappointed actually. Premier Palace is posh but lacking comfort. Having said that, staff are great!

Everything in this hotel is beautiful)) a special mood created a wonderful breakfast to the sound of the piano and a beautiful view of the panorama of Kiev sunlit in the morning.

Top hotel in Kiev. Everything is at a high level. Located in the city center.

The is a first class hotel. The elevators have a smart key operated floor limitation control. The room power is enabled by inserting your key in a socket by the door as you enter. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom floor and towel rack are heated. There is an in room safe. Valet parking. One word of caution, there is a cabaret adult show in a theater room. It is somewhat discreetly advertised and completely avoidable. (That is why only 4 stars)The pool has a children's time slot at 4:00 pm. The hotel is located an easy walk to the square. The staff speaks English. Traffic is horrible in Kyiv around 3-6pm plan accordingly. I would definitely return.

Nice hotel, nice location with good staff. It is a shame that this will be my last stay here because they strangely don't treat repeat customers well. Each time I came my room was a little bit worse and this time room is lower standard than other cheaper hotels.

An excellent location and a traditional atmosphere. It is the fourth time in Kiev and I use every time. The point of regret is that I do not feel a little in the hospitality and no smiling.
