Highly recommend to anyone looking to lease office equipment. Customer care is over the top amazing. I'd love to say the equipment itself never breaks down but with all kinds of people using it for all kinds of projects, jams happen. When that happens, you need excellent service. Premier provides!! I call them my Rockstar Service Team! As an office manager, having their equipment with them backing it with Rockstar Service, makes my job that much easier!!

Craig Zimmerman (President) wIll not stop calling me. I have asked over a dozen times to be taken off their calling list and he just can't stop. Their customer service motto "never say never" sure holds true for him as he continues to call me and won't take no for an answer.

Craig is Awesome. Always available to take my calls and at the ready to keep our machines running.

I met with Craig Zimmerman, the self-proclaimed copierologist who claims a PhD in copierology from SC4 (a two year community college), several years ago. The company I worked for needed a new copier. Out of the 5 companies I contacted, Dr. Copierology s price was far and away the highest, so I went with a different company's machine. He would not stop calling. Several times a day for months. He finally stopped when I promised to press charges for harassment. Do. Not. Call. Them.
