It all started with a Sixt SH (New Kopel Ro). The staff there is ok, the purchase moved everything very well and I received a lower price than I expected to negotiate on the car bought - not about them is this review.
The problem came close to the expiration of the warranty when the car started to have a problem with the gearbox. I called, I made appointments to a partner service, and I left a car on Saturday to find out. During the following week I received the news that the car has a damaged sprocket and that the gearbox must most likely be changed - all on the warranty. All right here.
But Sixt did not have the essence to take the information. It lasted 2 weeks from the discovery until the car was repaired - a work that was estimated at just 16h of workmanship, not the TWO WEEKS. Ok - not to be absurd, agree 2 days to order the piece and another 1-2 for delivery. But from 5 days to two weeks ... a bad joke. Meanwhile, there were plenty of phones.
The coordination between the operational and the call center is 0. Those in the call center can have the best intentions, but they do not have the ability to get information in decent time. She promised to come back in a couple of hours with the phone, I called again two days to find out that I did not know anything.
In the end the car was ready, the repair ok (momentarily). However, like any normal man who has done repairs on the warranty, I asked for a simple service bill, or an invoice or proof of installing ok parts and not of dismantling + a warranty on the work. It's been a week, two phones, an email. I got one answer: "the gearbox has changed, that's the price." I'm crazy, are not I? Is it abnormal to ask for an invoice to prove that a work has been done for which warranty must be provided?
I wait, it's been a week since I was asked to prove the work done and her guarantee. If they do not get anything, the first step is the complaint to ANPC.
So, if you've come to read here, either you're working on Sixt in customer service or online marketing (tip: go somewhere where the job is done well) or you want to interact with this firm (in which case I advise you to run).
